As a TWT Refrigerated Driver or Heavy Haul CDL-A Truck Driver, you will haul vital goods like beef, frozen fries, beverages, paper, and paint. We offer refrigerated and heavy haul drivers great pay packages and excellent benefits like; transition and orientation pay, vacation time, good home time, medical and dental, 401K, and more! You must have 4 months of safe truck driving experience in order to apply.
HOME TIME
Home time varies by division. As a general rule/policy, drivers get 1 day home time for each week they’re out. Which route is the right one for you? Speak with a recruiter, and we can find out together.

HOW TO QUALIFY?
Required: Must have a valid Class A CDL
Required: Must be 21 years of age or older
Required: 4+ months of driving experience required
Required: A safe driving record on the road is required
Preferred: 1-year truck driving experience preferred, but not necessary

Transition Pay
Changing jobs is never easy - that’s why our transition package invests in you. We offer a $1,600 transition package; $800 of which is allotted for orientation for your first 2 weeks so you can focus on driving while we take care of the rest.
Paid Orientation & Training
We host you in our office in Spokane, Washington. Airfare, your single-occupancy room, breakfast, and lunch are all on us - dinner is your time to explore what Spokane has to offer. Arrive Monday, and get in your truck by Thursday. It’s that easy!
