Welcome to my next CDP in June, and this time we're showcasing the brand-new Allure Queen support that recently was revealed for the next Animation Chronicle set! The Allure Queen series isn't new - Allure Queen LV3, Allure Queen LV5, and Allure Queen LV7 came out ages ago, they just were never good. But now, it's pretty clear to see the archetype was ready for an upgrade, as it grows into quite the formidable combo deck with the new cards. Let's start with the new LINK-3, Golden Allure Queen. Summoned using any 3 Spellcasters, it Special Summons an Allure Queen monster when Link Summoned, gaining 1500 ATK in the process. Additionally, it makes the effects of your Allure Queen monsters Quick Effects! Most importantly, when your opponent activates any card or effect, it gets to destroy a card on the field. These three effects alone are enough to carry the deck, but it becomes even more wild once you add Allure Palace. Palace is their Field Spell, which lets you send 1 card from the hand to the GY to Special Summon an Allure Queen to your opponents field, or tutor one. This can be used up to 3 times, but it's best used to give your opponent and yourself a LV3, letting you start the climb. It also gives your Allure Queens a second effect, to send itself to the GY while equipped to Special Summon ANY Spellcaster from your deck with 1500 or less ATK. This is insane just how good this effect is, especially after you factor in how over-supported the Spellcaster Type has been over the course of the game. The last new Allure Queen support card is Allure Dance, a Continuous Spell that tutors Palace or any Allure Queen. Once its on the field, it can send another S/T you control to the GY to Special Summon as many Allure Queen monsters as possible with different names from your GY. In other words - endless free material!
Now that we've covered the primary archetype, let's talk about its one limitation - getting to the three Spellcasters to make Golden Allure Queen. That's where the White Woods archetype comes in. This theme of Spellcasters (and ultimately an Illusion Synchro in Diabell, Fiendess of the White Woods), spams oodles of monsters to the field by sending S/Ts to the GY. Their in-archetype S/Ts even set themselves back to the field if sent to the GY to activate a monster effect, making it perfect material. However, there's also another awesome tech card to pair here - Magician's Restage. This Continuous Spell summons a Level 3 or lower Spellcaster from your GY, no strings attached, plus it tutors a Magician Continuous Spell (Magician's Right Hand or Magician's Left Hand) when sent to the GY. The goal is to loop it as much as possible, bringing back your White Woods non-Tuners or your Allure Queen LV3, due to Fiendess' effect to recover any S/T from your GY when Synchro Summoned using a Tuner Synchro monster as material.
This brings us to the final major player in today's strategy - the Branded theme. Led by Fallen of Albaz and Blazing Cartesia, the Virtuous, this archetype offers multiple LIGHT Spellcaster monsters that can work well with the White Woods cards. Whether you summon Guiding Quem, the Virtuous or Incredible Ecclesia, the Virtuous, you'll quickly take your already grindy deck to the next level, leveraging near endless material for your Allure Queen effects, your White Woods effects, and more. In time, any opponent will start to falter in the face of endless cards, and that's where today's profile intends to go. Embrace the power of the Allure Queen, empowered by a few supplementary archetypes that let it play a strategic long game!
