Nobody answers questions, I have had radios in past you can turn off or on internal Amp. I would look in settings, do you have the factory pioneer system?
I had this issue when I put in my last android radio now I'm looking into this one for my new car. I believe it's the blue amp wire that needs to be hooked up I had to take mine to radio shop and they knew exactly the problem.I had the pioneer system as well in my old equinox.
@meanwhilebackonearth7384 I've watched a couple of your videos over the pass week ... how's that android head unit been working out ? The one you installed in the terrain I have a 2013 lincoln mkx and I'm thinking about installing that same unit but I'm not really sold on it yet it's still a couple question I have about it but watching your videos is what lead me to that particular head unit
@@delcoburn9635 the first one i installed had a few problems i had to overcome. but this updated version addressed 99.9 percent of all the problems , with the only problem left being that it reads the outside temperature in celsius not farenheit. other than that i'm totally pleased with it.

@@DigitalOctopusRadio the radio didn’t want to work with the factory amp. Even when I gave the amp signal to turn on. I sent a picture of the dash. It wasn’t a real big deal I just bypassed the amp
