Hamas already said it’s not interested in new terms. On the other hand Israel is not interested in a ceasefire at all. Because it has made clear its goal is the total occupation of Gaza and the West Bank. Unless the US brings in the matter of its financial and military support for Israel, all these talks are just more hot air.
In no way should Palestinians agree to this "ceasefire" without full withdrawal of Israel from Gaza immediately and that means no occupation. Israeli squatters need to get off the Palestinian lands and IDF needs to arrest trespassers.
