No HOA but the CC&RS say there will be one formed. How does that work? Can they force someone to take on an HOA? Can you be outvoted if you don’t want one?
It would depend on the percentage of the vote required by the CC&Rs. If the required percentage of neighbors governed by the CC&Rs vote to form the HOA, then any property owner within those CC&Rs would be a part of the HOA.
Greedy contractors, your building to meny house feed off the ground water that will lower mine. The road Lund hwy is to small for all those houses, and it's a cattle trail. Greedy contractors need to leave they are going to bankrupt the whole area.
