Love this with the park map, would like to see this for every park that you visit. Wouldn't be an accurate Cedar Point video without that bouncing basketball. You and that guy walking around with you have really stepped up your games with your park walk-throughs, kudos!
I forgot to mention, where we spoke it the RGS was ground zero for when I started recording shows in ‘06. I'll finish that thought(s)... I get my lengthy thought process from Internet forums on specific topics. One thought leads to another. I would think they’re interesting enough. I showed her team bowling photos from back in the day, she said she didn’t know him from bowling it was parades. I only met the performer/choreographer once when her Aunt asked me to take their picture in the RGS near the bar. Her mom sat down next to me once. She said her daughter was in the show lol She said her bustle part of her costume fell off the velcro didn’t hold, which is rare. She performed with her brother one season. She wore spiked heels and looked like she almost poked one of the guy’s eye out in front of the stage with a back leg kick. She tossed a drum stick at the drummer from back stage in ‘07 that might be in a video. She’s the tall blonde in the 'Here I Go Again Edge of Madness ‘11' video. you can hear how the smaller girl can belt that song. A range that a guy can’t go. It was shot with a Canon PowerShot but the audio is good. I didn’t have a camcorder at the time. It has unique feel to it. Her aunt said in photos and video I captured the spirit of the thing. I said that’s exactly what I try to do. I took good DSLR photos back then. When it had a lens hood on it people thought they were going to be on the cover of a magazine. It ended up being practical when I lost the lens cap so it protected it. The guy who goes to Kings Dominion wears his season pass on a lanyard, which I think it makes it look like it’s a press pass to the performers who don’t know him or what it is. The first time performers reacted to my monopod. I had a hot car once. There is such a thing as a chick magnet. People’s perceptions are interesting. btw the guy who played Manson is in the '20 Red Garter Empty /' 21 Fangtastics and Fangtastics Preview Show '21. They usually have Red Garter Saloon (RGS )shows the week prior to HalloWeekends kind of a dress rehearsal. The original Manson and Lilith was 'Swell Tones second cast '22' also had a guy who came back from '19. Normally, I say I 'm ready for HalloWeekends, but I'm ready to take a break. still have to upload Summer videos that will total about 28-30. The most thru an entire season was 37 in '23 incl the '08 Backstage but not counting ones I didn't upload. That got me a free small pizza from Dominoes via a phone call to India lol There's a story they used to have 30 min or less, a kid zoomed out of the parking lot, got into a fender bender, the manager ran out and grabbed the pizzas. funny but not because there was a wreck.
How difficult was it not to vlog talk? lol The new camera worked out well. I looked it up it looks like its a DJI Osmo Pocket 3(?) I like the Map idea. I did something like that in The Great Pumpkin Parade New Route ‘19 video. I put two stars where I shot it on either side. (Anna ‘Baby’ was a Scarecrow in that and dancer in Boneyard Battleground. Derek the Screamster manager also walked in parades). I did a walk-thru of part of the park prior to opening day special event ‘16 in sections. I muted some songs too so they wouldn’t make money off it. The first walk-thru in 2008. It’s not up since RU-vid lowered the resolution when they switched to HD. At 7:07 with no beer and no vlog device walking to the right and 17:00 with a beer walking to the left and a few seconds later a girl screams for them and you turn around. I was tempted to put a still frame with an arrow and your name at the end. c) “THE RALLY Final Show Finale” the back of you, then you pan around the crowd 1:05 I could have taped the whole show but got the best part in a sense. I zoomed in on that from the back. The Mr. Midnight actor/manager was watching it from the back.
Give a detail run down of how the lockers, paid and free lockers work when carrying items. It's been 7 years since I've gone and I'm curious how the lockers at steel vengeance work. When do you put your items in the locker, before the line, in the middle etc? And any other useful information about this topic would be useful. We'll be attending the 26th so we can't wait!
