I think if you have a chance to shore up take out a player you do, my reasoning is because Tivit works really well with 3 opp in the game, if you take out one you severely take Tivit off of his primary game plan.
I cringed a bit at the Stella plays since, for once, I’ve actually played that deck. Why cast her so early with zero protection? Wasted mana on the Rhystic Study too, should have kept up for both Hexproof from Shore Up and Swat in hand. He already had Horn to dig anyway.
I believe in Ryan’s capabilities of playing the deck. I am pretty sure he had a line we did not see with his hand. But unfortunately, he did get hated out a lot. I think a bit too much.
