One of the best spots we've found in South Oz, thanks to our mate Simon for suggesting this spot to us! Just before he passed he'd told me this place was a "MUST VISIT" and he wasn't wrong! Cheers Mate!
Tricky to get into but timed right it's a great location with lot's of fishing opportunities to get into.
This wraps up our South Oz trek and has been so so good and can't wait to get back down there to explore some more coastline.

been cheffing for 40 years and ive used imilk and garlic then after one day in the fridge take it out salt and pepper in half corn flour and self raising flower cote the calamari with egg wash no milk then the batter use cold water and keep it a little thiner than most thick batters, as for curling the galamrie get whole tubes and put the knife inside the hood cut down one side open up and cut the other side now you have two flaps, cut them into quarters repeat on the other, now slice the pineapple cuts co from Conner to corner making small slices now cote into flower and dredge mix noe into the batter cook and enjoy, ore use panic and no batter ok sorry long winded feel free to ask any thing about camp and home or high class feeds, ok chow safe journeys and see you out there. Such a beautiful ending. Squid. I can never get my squid to curl mate. But when I master it, I will let you know. These SA videos would have to be my favourite. Maybe it's because you re so close to my home. Not sure? Really enjoyable. Sunrises and sunsets. Wowsers. Not sure why, but I thought you were heading to NT. Must have heard it from somewhere else. score of the inside of the squid tube not the outside if you want it to curl - i also do a cheat with a Thai green curry paste as a marinade then cook them in a hot non stick pan with just table spoon of oil ( no flour and I prefer it in rings for that way)
