She explains things so well and she knows what she's doing and what she's saying! I think that's why she's not pretending to be sweet or anything. Shows how good she is! ❤

This is a good podcast, but I can see the doctor herself is looking hyper active which is creating tired look on her face....I may be wrong but all these things have nothing to do with skin care atleast for a long time....I am from Kashmir and I can say have travelled many states in India and one most common thing have observed lack of nutritious food. Please eat healthy natural nutritious food which should include protein in we'll proportion and also plz reduce masala intake and all those samosa, katchori, sweets and all fried items which ppl are very fond off Unlike in other parts of India , I find in kashmir ppl eat more healthier food and more nutritious....don't want to offend any one but I want to put my comment bcz I feel this is all cosmetic mafia running in our country
Kashmiris have a certain genetic makeup. It's different because they have less melanin in their skin and many other factors. Punjabi skin is different and the rest are others too. It's more of like regional make-up
@@abc-ht7dl ...yes you are right kashmires have different genetic makeup and closely related to Central Asia (Iran, Turkey, Afghans) and also genetic makeup plays major role in structure Building, texture of organs of body But here the doctor is speaking on skin health not the melanin composition whether your skin is dark or fair doesn't matter as long as it is healthy and radiates. So in that context our food intake apart from geographical and genetics also plays a major role in quality of skin, and which I found not nutritious &healthy in other parts of India
She paid for her promotion, and most probably "adviced" a list of questions to the team well in advance, probably those things weren't on part of the list since she herself doesn't do them.
Pls bring a THYROID DOCTOR to the show at the age of 25 I got thyroid and I still don't know the reason. It might be genetics as per my doctor said but I need to know what care should be taken. Pls get a specialist for it.. and also an ENT DOCTOR.
I've got Thyroid at the Age of 21yrs after i went through a very stressful event. Tried diet tons of exercise and top notch disciplined living but it didn't make much difference. Now i have no hypothyroidism after i went through a Plasma Activated Water and Accurate Homeopathy cross functional regimen. Now im 26 and im living problem free❤
It’s also very normal for Koreans to get facial surgery and all other cosmetic enhancements at a very young age so let’s not forget that…So to say that they are naturally beautiful blah blah is not true…
Not just normal. MANDATORY. They can't get a job if they don't look a certain way in any of their respectable companies. South Koreans are racist, even against their own ethnicity.
Loads of complaints I’ve seen against her , apparently her google rating is very very poor and people keep on complaining about her attitude towards common people like those who ain’t a celebrity.
A doctor who’s famous isn’t just a doctor. They’re a celebrity. And people love to shit on celebrities. This could be part of it. I don’t mean that this might be the whole issue or that there might not be truth to the comments - I don’t know about that.
Since Dr Rashmi has more than 20 years of expertise on clinical dermatology, she must be around 50. So can we say that her aging process is normal and not too much has been done on her face ???
This is different and informative and the doctor I must say is very knowledgeable and confident and I like that midway she ties her hair up to look functional and provide precise info.. I love that body language
Hi Ranveer, I think a video on how to protect hair and why young people who are in 20s are losing their hair so fast and if water affects hair loss and the practical stuff about hair loss
1 thing I wanted to know as part of skin care routine is “Does applying ice and washing your face with Ice water every morning reduces aging of face skin and make it more tight and glowing?” 1:37:01
This is exactlt what was needed! I was really trying to find one friend who could help me with skin care completely. And than you dropped this gem 💎 Thanks ranveer 🥰
Please, don't disrespect Rekhaji like that. She is a legend. Its not easy to be a woman and rise up in that era alone. You coukd use any other person's thumbnail, did you even take permission from her?
Dr. Rashmi, you are just so phenomenal and BEAUTIFUL❤️ As a doctor myself, I’m so proud of the knowledge you have ma’am!!! Though I reside in Bangalore, my goal is to visit you sometime🙏🏼😊 GOD BLESS YOU so much 😊 Thankyou so much Ranveer, for bringing ma’am again, love your podcasts🙏🏼😊
Will we get to see himesh anytime soon in your podcast? Have been waiting for him to come as a guest. Want to have you chit chat with him over non-promotional topics. Example: why did he stop working with emraan, why did he change his orignal music style, what happened about his international album, why he changed his voice from high octave to low octave, why doesnt he interact with his fans, where is swayam, does he still do tantra and jyotisha or stopped?.... etc
I don't find this Dr David Sinclair, who claims on several podcasts, that we shouldn't even age and we can reverse aging ...but he is 54 and looks it. Healthy at that age but he does not look 30 or 20.
Hey man i just come here to see how to cure my acne as a teen by a professional Thanks to Mam Rashmi Shetty after her words i constanly watched both the episodes and shocked is there this much things to do with our face as allways TRS educated me once again its so so informative and mind blowing keep rocking Ranveer Bhai
Ranveer one request to you please, please ask Rashmi Shetty if we can use castor oil and coconut oil on our face , and general would love to to hear DIY practices and effects . Thank you, kudos to you .👏🏻👏🏻🙏🏻
Such a mind blowing episode it was. Got so much to learn from Dr Rashmi mam. Thank you Ranveer bhaiya for sharing such content with us and above all thank you for being our voice since you ask the most accurate questions. Thank you for this episode🙌🧿
Damn, it was an interesting biology class. As an engineer by fate but a biology lover by heart, this came out as a treat. Eagerly waiting for her next visit to learn in detail about skincare and supplements. Thanks, Ranveer!!
This was really interesting and I wanted to listen to it all while I was cooking dinner but the ads were so obnoxious I couldn't keep washing my hands or listening to multiple long ads after just a few minutes of content.
Would it be possible for you to talk about Rheumatoid arthritis? I was diagnosed with it at 38 and I am discovering that the disease, even though is termed as incurable auto immune disease, lifestyle changes can actually lead to remission of the disease. Would it be possible for you to get an expert in this subject? There will have to be two experts. One talking from allopathic point of view and the other talking from alternative medicine perspective. I propose this because there is very little reliable information about this disease online and this disease is becoming so common. Even among youngsters today because of bad eating habits. Please consider this request. Thank you!
Beautifully explained ! Being a doctor myself , I feel it's so important to have the RIGHT KNOWLEDGE through RIGHT DEPARTMENT and not through the famous one click knowledge . Happy to watch such WELL ASKED QUESTIONS .
Thank you for doing 2 episodes with Dr Rashi regarding skin. Since you delved into invasive methods this time, kindly also do an episode on Skincare and what kind of products to use. That would be extremely helpful… thank you so much
I don't know if this is happening to others or not but whenever I watch any dermat podcasts, I get more inclined towards going under the knife and feel I need this correction or that correction on my face. Initially, one mosturizer or a natural remedy used to make me feel I have a good healthy skin. I am not sure if it is a good thing or a bad thing.
Thanks, Dr. Rashmi. This was a fantastic episode full of knowledge. Being an Ayurvedic Doctor, I have liked the holistic approach of looking at and diagnosing skin aging.
At home skin care tips 1 moisturize ur skin as much as possible 2 protect ur skin from the sun use sunscreen 3 exercise, yoga, meditation 4 Follow gratitude
Very informative Ranveer thank you for this content. But could you maybe do another video with dr. Rashmi Shetty about skin pigmentation and dry eczema prone skin in a biological perspective
Interesting conversation. I admire Dr. Rashmi for her knowledge and intelligence. I want to understand what is the solution for people having face with deep pits. Probably happened due to acne vulgaris (big bad huge acne) and breaking with hand during your childhood days and getting scarred as a deep pit all over your face. Does Botox or fillers helps these kind of skin or any other solution if at all? Even dermatologist gets depressed looking at these depressed skin where collagen generation is a luxury. Please advise.
Can you have a separate podcast with the same dr on how to choose the right products for your skin while doing skin care based on your age like giving some tips or educating based on which ingredients is beneficial for the skin
Yes. 1) When people loves you, and they are following you, you definitely has a "responsibility " This episodenus against that..all spiritual good work done earlier episodes. Sheer marketing episode 2) Smilingly accepting reality and, showing gratitude are both enough..much better than this whole episode. 3) I request Ranveer , to plz feel the pressure of good responsibility put upon him by millions of people watching by sheer Love
But she herself look soo good no wonder she is great dermet. Such a knowledgeable person I could listen her for more one hour. Because I can see howmuch she loves her job
Disappointed! Seems like a promotion for botox, fillers and skin fixing not skin accepting.Rather she could have spoken about natural ways to skin care and accept aging. Of lately, why do your episodes look like more paid promotions and not podcasts.
Thank you Ranveer for such an educative and eye opening knowledge. I guess the truth be DO NOT COMPARE YOURSELF AS A LAYMAN TO ANYONE ON THE BIG SCREEN WHEN IT COMES TO LOOKS. My question for doc is how does face yoga which is another trend these days help the skin, since she said that tooo much of expansion and contraction of the skin is not good ?
Somehow I feel whoever is happy with their skin will accept it the way they are … the way she has been saying ppl get traumatic and sad looking at them is just ab indicator that these ppl need to be more in touch with themselves than a good dermat … These fillers and injections are insanely expensive… so for a middle age housewife from a middle class family definitely cannot think to facelift and go for medifacials… Jhuti maaya ka jhuta hain jiya re… PLEASE ACCEPT YOURSELF.. eat well .. exercise … sleeep .. meditate .. when the injections wear off .. wapis wahi hoga na … she’s saying it’s an addiction her self
Ranveer how your thought process works is commendable, how you connected Korean perfection obsession to stress & suicide rate. That’s reflection of society across world
The moment she gulped DNB sad ! Not expecting from her leaving a degree given by national board equivalent to MD mentioning diplomas DDV DVD even few not recognised all over India by NMC. Only two dermatology degree recognised by National medical council MD dermatology and DNB dermatology.
I am very disappointed with this podcast, advising botox and fillers at an early age, looking good externally and not talking about side effects it only brings pressure to the younger generation. Not talking of personal growth, career, self work, good life style when more importance is given on external beauty and spending so much money on unnecessary treatment will bring only low confidence and inferiority complex on younger generation I'm not against grooming one self but do it when required and not as routine procedure or don't make it part of your life This podcast looked like more of advertising and promoting the products and making this younger generation feel how important it is to look young even if you are ageing and it's shameful to grow older Accept the ageing process gracefully no body talks about it which is so natural and it will keep you beautiful till end of your life
Informative but concerning....its like everyone is losing their mind on social media about the smallest and most insignificant shit you can find..its high time to get off
One of the best, Ranveer! Thanks for bringing her to the show for anti-aging! I, paused and forwarded the link to many at about 42 mins into the podcast itself! Honestly, I was wishing if she was my biology teacher in high school lol.. would have worked out great! anyway.. getting closer to the 4th decade and long hours in front of the computer, I feel the need to keep myself up-to date all the more.. looking at people around you divided in two categories - never wanting to get done anything (incl me) and getting botox done.. this definitely comes as great knowledge to remember while making some health decisions! .. and of course as she rightly said - thanks to our genes! Looking forward to the next episode that you may do with her on supplements and maybe some insights on the anti-aging lotions/creams etc out there.. its just so overwhelming even stepping in the skincare section at sephora or walmart, honestly lol! im like ill just go back and drink some turmeric water haha! Thanks to your team and Rashmi , again!😇🙌
This doctor looks too old for her age to be advising anyone. Show me a single person who does Botox, fillers and surgeries looking any younger? Best example is Kylie Jenner. She’s just 26 but she looks 46 already. You can’t cheat nature. Live laugh love and be proud of the “lines” on your face. They’re badges of honor bcos not everyone has the privilege to grow old or to smile heartily and express their feelings with their loved ones as they do. You just need a moisturizer, Retin A, sunscreen and sleep.
It was really informative video & I wanted this after that acne prone skin video. Yes, I want to know the deeper natural ways of anti aging since I already know about those natural process & supplementation. The whole taking care of inner body infornation is needed. Thank you so much !
Doing all this to your face will surely help you die with a young face only because all your major internal organs are ageing any way. Life is a journey and every stage should be embraced. Society has put too much importance on how you look
Informative video glad a professionally qualified, doctor is calling out on ageing and the hype associated with it,I would want to hear her. Although She is putting a disclaimer She needs to be careful mentioning metformin as youth drug ,its an anti daibetic and knowing how blindly medications are allowed over the counter in India ,it could land up being abused and cause a good liver or kidney damage! She is so right about maintaining professionlal integrity not getting cowed down by any celebrities demanding botox to be done a certain way. One Question to Dr Shetty - if botox is continously administered to facial muscles , will it affection normal muscle conraction and relaxation over a longer period of time or affect any any neurotransmittor receptor surface, will it lead to possible muscle laxity over a period of time.?
