I wish Rae Dunn could stop those people who are making money off her talent ! They buy everything and it doesent give people who are on a fixed income to buy any of those beautiful pottery the items ! It is very annoying! There's a difference of a upseller and collector! It just so sad❤
Yes! I find it very annoying that people make "hogs" of themselves and buy up everything then resell it for up to ten times the price.....not leaving anything for others who just want to buy one or two pieces for their own use.
I know girl. I live in a small town so finding anything Rae Dunn is slim to none and whatever is there isn’t anything special. I end up having to purchase everything online. Canisters that retail for $14.99 are now $80+ 😭
@@sophiab.7375 Yes, it's really sad. I refuse to buy from an upseller. Since I buy things solely for my own use, if I can't find a Rae Dunn item (which, in my rural area, isn't often), I buy things that I can just add the Rae Dunn font to...just make the words on a cricut decal and add them. For example, I really wanted the PEEP PEEP mug and topper but none to be found in my area and I won't pay the outrageous prices they sell for online...but I happened to find a really cute yellow chick with an eggshell vase at a local thrift store and just added the Rae Dunn font cricut decal that says PEEP PEEP and I love it even better than the Rae Dunn PEEP PEEP mug and topper.

There are some rae dunn items that are produced more than others such as seasonal items. Only a few of seasonal and collectible items are sent to each store. Maybe around 2-4 so they are harder to find when people are right out side when opening.
I wish that they would make and send a lot of the seasonal mugs so that the collector could have a chance to get some because there's so many upsellers they take it all and that's annoying ...😩
Rae Dunn is fooling people to think this pottery is her creations when it’s mass produced and machine made in China and she’s from California! What’s up with that? I would pay 50$ for a mug made by her hands instead of 5$ for a mug machine made

I got you Ms.Christa! so basically her work is popular because it’s so basic and modern. it’s so simple that it goes with literally everything and I actually have a rae dunn bathroom set that I got from tj maxx for my student apartment. but that was it because I know I didn’t want to fall down the rabbit hole.
All I know is I could not stand walking into my kitchen and seeing all those words. It would be like my cupboards were yelling at me. CREAM! SUGAR! FLOUR! YUM! SIP! Not my thing at all.
I honestly didn't even know who rae dunn is until I started working at homegoods! I finally remembered to look her and I still don't understand the hype. The only thing I bought from her was a mug cup that said taurus with the constellation stars on the back and I thought it was cute. But overall people be doing too much with this overhype stuff lol
