This is truly a labor of love. I can only imagine the healing they bring to people who have lost cats that we’re really family members. I love how she blessed the cat tapping its little nose before she sent him on his way. How sweet and how gifted this artist is. God bless you for sharing your talent with the world!
Verdade!
I started crying the moment she started shaping the ears. My cat is only turning 3 this year, and that's pretty young, but the thought of her growing older much faster made me sad.
My 20 years old cat died yesterday. She was my dearest companion and a true friend, and losing her was like parting with a piece of my soul. You've no idea of the comfort your videos bring me, knowing that a complete stranger can put so much talent and care to commemorate someone else's beloved pets. Thank you from the bottom of my heart ❤️
I’m sorry for the loss of your beautiful companion. There’s a comforting thought I find helpful at times like this: ‘Grief is just love that has nowhere to go’ You have great love for your cat , in their honor, gift it outwards...the world will be better for it, and so will you. I hope this helps.
She is SO good that I'm afraid it's TOO GOOD.....I'm not sure I could see a "lifelike" image of my pet and not feel overwhelmed with emotion every time.
This is another level recreating cat who the owners lost for a while. Your skill is fantastic you have good skills and patience while adding details. Where can I send my cat photos to remember for a long time? It looks so realistic to remember many happiness those of us had cat that no longer are with us
The care and detail she puts in really does affect the final product, A Masterpiece! If i was the owner, i would cry because its as if my pets where never gone, just stuck time...😔
I have needlefelted and know how difficult this art is. She has incredible patience and talent. Great work. These are beautiful. She even makes her own eyes.
The thought of how many years of practice and experience this individual has is mind-blowing. To think she managed to do a portrait of a tabby and it look real. Some people are artists, people like her are another level
Literally my exact thoughts just watching her work makes me want to cry and also knowing what she’s creating is for someone who loves that animal it’s just so beautiful
Truly❕ not grim but deeply disturbing enough At least for the bereaved family who lost their beloved family, May eternal relief & delight be with them🙏🏼🥰
this made me cry thinking about how one day i wont be able to pet my beautiful cat ever again or hold her. this is truly an incredible gift that youve given someone
@@MapleNephthys I saw it as a gift to be able to do this for people, lord knows I love every cat I have had the pleasure to live with. And yes, you do have an amazing gift to be able to do this. X
This was an amazing watch. At first I was so confused about the severed cat heads (I did not know they were felt art originally). This was an amazing memorial for two beloved creatures. I'm sure the owner of the cats appreciate these (I enjoyed watching the progress!).
У меня тоже слезы... Это невозможно как прекрасно и реалистично. И, скорее всего, этих котиков уже нет в живых(( но благодаря мастеру они точно как живые... I have tears too... It's impossible how beautiful and realistic it is. And, most likely, these cats are no longer alive ((but thanks to the master, they are exactly like alive ...
I'll admit this. When RU-vid's algorithm suggested this to me, I didn't want to watch this. The reason was I thought these cat heads were taxidermied. And unless it's for science, I don't always agree with taxidermy. It reminds me of trophy hunting...... RU-vid kept on suggesting this post to me. And I decided to watch so I could criticise it...... But.... Oh how WRONG WAS I......... You're an AMAZING ARTIST. The mementos meticulously made by your hands are mind blowing . They look so real and life like. Your eye when it comes to detail is jaw dropping...... I'm so glad I did watch this post now...... WoW....... ⚛️☮️🐱💜
We had taxidermy animals in my now ex-school -I graduated. When I was in like 3rd grade we sometimes in biology just went into the hallways and looked at the animals while the teacher explained some things. Our school (grades from 1 to ninth, to the last of middle school) had a nice collection of animals and birds, most being smaller ones. They weren't getting that much care and tended to gather up dust, but it was a nice thing to have. Not the best of classes, but it made it more exiting and you could actually analyse the animal or bird way easier. The height, weight, colouring and other factors. I do like taxidermy, but I propably would not get a pet taxidermed (I would be crazy enough to consider it if the pet in question actually made a differance in my life) and it would propably be illegal anyways. I have no idea where the closest person doing taxidermy even is.
Grace C I did have an eye test earlier in the year. But you're right. It is in the title 😳 Absolutely whoops on my part for not noticing it. But if I could say something in my defence when it comes to this -: They look so incredibly life like. But as I said you're right. It was in the title. My bad..... ⚛️☮️🌏
I so upset how people are doing so lazy stuff and they get more than 10 million likes. but THIS, OMG ITS SO REAL!! I have never seen anything with real talent that has over 1 million likes, this is just too good
The cat frames are artisan goods, and can sell for hundreds of dollars because of how much time goes into them. I don’t think the creator cares about how many likes the video gets, this is just an advertisement to sell more frames.
@@amydavis4945 If I win the lottery I will buy it for you. Promise... Just remind me after I win the lotto and I dont want anything in return, the artist can send it directly to you
😯I first thought this was some kind of computer animation, I didn't think it is possible to make such a realistic portrait of a cat. Beautiful work, you have a great talent.
This makes me miss my cat, Smokey. He was a Nebelung and he died at 10 years old, only 10 or so months ago. He was the most beautiful cat, he had the prettiest fluffy gray fur. He was a good boy. I found him in the morning, right before school. He was curled up by my mom's bed, right beside where she slept. I don't think any animal could ever replace him, no matter how adorable or sweet. I miss you, Smokey. Fly high, dude.
I also had a cat named Smokey that died over the summer, he was the most handsome ragdoll and had the patterning of a saimese with snow white paws, he was only four but got hit by a car I still cry at night remembering how i found him that next morning, you're never alone no matter where you are in the world
Imagine creating a whole exclusive needle felting museum and featuring as many known furry animal heads as possible. Lynx, cougar, cheetah, fox, tiger, wolf, ferret, monkey, beaver, gorilla, platypus... Then there's the prehistoric furry section of the museum, and fictional or pop-cultural furry section as well. I can imagine the fictional furry section being the most popular one of all sections, because we do love popular references. Just a museum full of felt animal heads.
*me after seeing the thumbnail* : why would you put your cats head inside of a frame?! *after finishing watching the video* : this is freaking beautiful!
Outstanding, I'm blown away by how realistic these portraits are. I know my daughter would absolutely adore one of these of her very precious first cat who we all loved and still miss him now, especially his big brother Dex (Siberian Husky) and Belle his feline little sister. Amazing.
Can’t help crying when watching this video. Miss my cats so much...What you did comfort the hearts of people who have lost there pets. I wish I can have these to memorize my cats who are in heaven now...
I'm an artist and this literally left me speechless and I had to applaud when this was over. I am floored at anyone possessing this kind of talent. Just WOW!
Well great now I need to look up how to wet needle felt because I cried all over my wool while watching this. Beautiful portraits, the owners are lucky to have such lovingly crafted memorials.
Ok so apparently the steps are: 1. Brush felt 2. Match eye color 3. Cat completely finished (I feel like she left out the entire process of felting the cat? Beautiful creation though.)
Didn't expect to start crying in the end. Because I thought "how lovely must it be, to still be able to see your beloved pet staring at you after they're gone" and welp. I don't even have a pet.
Lol I’m crying right now as I type this 😭 thinking of my Pittie that passed a few years ago and I wasn’t even there to say goodbye. I think of him every day.
I suddenly remembered my cat. Her name is Chi Chi. She's a sweet cat who loves nuzzling her face on my foot. She loves cuddling with me. We assumed Chi Chi died because a stray cat attacked her. Next thing we knew in the morning, she was laying lifeless on the ground. I really miss her.
Me too Iam crying too mine had too be put down because he had a really bad heart murmur and he was getting so skinny i will always love him and miss him my sweet boy yodel
