I cannot believe I'm typing this...but my husband and I celebrated 10 years of marriage yesterday in beautiful Saint Ignace, Michigan.
While we were there, my husband and I did a short question and answer session. I have had some questions come in like - "how do you do so many projects with kids?" and "how do you get your husband to do so many things around the house?" So we answered those in this video. It was so much fun, we laughed a lot and I hope you guys enjoy it, too!

Happy Anniversary married my high school sweetheart too 42 years ago 3 kids 4 grandkids and there have been many ups and downs over the years but I'd do it all over again Bless you and your family

Ahh, I loved that you choose to do this Q&A as a couple, you guys are adorable. In listening to you both it’s evident that there is not only love for each other but also a love of Christ and so with that comes a solid foundation in your marriage where there is an abundance of respect and grace . We are coming up on 30 yrs. in our marriage , with both previously coming from broken marriages. Both my husband and I have always known the LORD and since our marriage we can truly say we understand what the LORD meant when he said to be evenly yoked as we have found that forgiveness is key in all relationship. I felt at first when you started your youtube channel, he was alittle shy to show his face, however, he did really good and I'm proud of him to stand by you in this journey. Ive been married for 38 years and its been a challenging journey but we took our vows to God and promised to stay together and we have. We have been married 50 years. Everything you share is true. Love well and listen well. In year one we built a house together and subsequently have updated and remodeled when necessary over those 50 years, always doing it ourselves. I have ideas, sketches, a budget and supply lists and he figures out how to do everything. He's not a carpenter but we figure everything out together. We are 82 and 73, still planting gardens, remodeling and loving life. Thank you for a beautiful channel. And Happy Anniversary!!

My husband and I were high school sweethearts as well. We got married at 21, and just celebrated 17 years! I honestly think that because we literally grew up together, we just work. Neither of us had any "baggage", a life before each other, and neither of us had time to be set in our own ways, independent of one another. My husband is always doing projects for me and building things for me as well. 😁

We also went to The Breakers Hotel for our wedding anniversery two years ago. We also took a ferry to Mackinac Island and enjoyed brunch at The Grand Hotel. Is there anything your husband cannot do in the way of home remodeling?! It saves so much in labor costs. I love your husband's humbleness. Thanks Andrea and Mike!

It’s so refreshing to see the love you have for God and each other. My husband and I have been blessed with 36 years of marriage, 2 children and 5 grandchildren. Our daughter got married June 20, 2010 and now has three little boys. Our son, married 7 years ago and has a son and daughter. The two of you are so great together. Andrea congratulations! Blessings to you and your husband for sharing a glimpse into your journey together. I have a plaque that hangs on a gallery wall in my home that says ‘I remember when I prayed for the things I have today’. I asked the Lord for a Christian husband; we met when we were 31 and married when we were 34; we celebrated our 26th anniv this past May; our son is now 22 and leaving for Army boot camp Aug 4😢our daughter is 20 and a sophomore in college.
