Celebrating the 20th anniversary of the African American Department 

African American Department at the Central Library celebrates its 20th anniversary. The anniversary celebration will feature a ribbon cutting for the newly updated African American Department, conversation between Dr. Carla Hayden, Librarian of Congress and former CEO of the Enoch Pratt Free Library, and Heidi Daniel, the current President and CEO. New artwork by Chris Wilson will be dedicated Central Hall.
