***** No offense mate, but you cannot say you have the best support in the championship. Im going to the next game this week with leeds and blues. Leeds probably have the worst support in the championship
Total respect! Scfc. For away support in Europe your not goin get better than that pretty much anywhere? Birmingham like stoke are just great fans. When you dont have much to shout about cause your team is generally shite these moments mean "everything". That's when real passion is shown cause your not used to it.
So proud to be a supporter of birmingham. Proper club with proper support. Times are tough with the club but we always stick with and never give up and represent where we are from. BCFC💙
Wow, real respect from an Arsenal fan. BCFC fans should be really proud of this! Flying the queens colours and singing in time! English supporters have been slacking in this department compared to fans from Germany recently but this is exceptional :) Respect to BCFC!
My hairs stood up listening to this, been amongst this many times over 50 plus years following the Blues.. Can you imagine if someone had the balls to put a lot of money in to get the team high in the top flight, been to Wembley in mickey mouse cups & we took 45000+, against Arsenal in the league cup final we were deafening, oh a joy & a woe following the Blues but we are born to it KRO
***** considering blues and baggies get on i going to ignore that and 2 look at the old maps wolves never were in black country we were still are but if u dont want to agree wolves arnt in black country either there part of stafford
"Stoke always have sold out home crowds".. Always? What a load of rubbish. Stoke only started to get big crowds when they got promoted. You only need to have a look at a few videos on RU-vid of Stoke in the Championship and League One to work that out (Look how full the ground was when Blues pumped Stoke 7-0 at the Brittania in the 90's). Last two times I've been to Stoke was in the Prem, and it wasn't full at all.
True. I hate how the premier league is these days. dont get me wrong if birmingham were to win promotion again i would celebrate with many drinks but i do believe the championship is way more fun and unpredictable, how a league should be. Not the same teams winning everything every year and the rest of us fighting for the scraps.
I visited there in 2010. I obviously prefer the Australian lifestyle, but I did have an excellent time there despite the cold weather. Only thing I really cared about was going to games and touring stadiums, so I didn't stay in Stoke much but it seemed like a normal place compared to most cities I toured in the UK.
How does it feel that this 'small shit hole of a town' is representing a side who is playing Premiership football? Meanwhile in Birmingham, the Blues constantly going down and Aston Villa turning into an absolute joke. Hahahahaha!
Our stadium is half empty because we're in the championship. Stoke always had an empty ground in the championship, but they don't now because they're doing well in the premier league. And saying they're 'the loudest' is debatable. There's a difference between how often you sing and how loud you sing.
Shit argument? Look at the point you made. Birmingham fans in the Championship brought more fans to Brugge than ye sad lot did. ALL WE CARE ABOUT, IS BCFC!
No, you had absolutely nobody at the right of screen in the Premier League for most home games besides a small group of away fans. Stoke always have sold out home crowds, and I'm sure if we got relegated this season, we'd still have near enough the same attendances the following season because we're proud of our club.
stevieh44 yes there were over 10,000 Brum fans in the city on the day.. 3000 hadn’t got tickets.. if only someone big bought us.. we are a sleeping giant KRO
Well said. The prem is all about sky and fa showing of they have the 'best' leauge in the world. rubbish league for the average fan, and if you support a big team its full of part time glory hunting fans anyway. I like the champ, and away travel is more fun i find. All the best to you and southampton. does your dad still go to any blues matches?
Coming from a Newcastle supporter this is great to see but imagine what the atmosphere would of been like when we played them if we were given the whole stand. In the end we were only given just over 2500 because brugge realised that if they were out sung by Birmingham then they would be sung out of their own city by the mighty support of the toon army. We could of sold out their ground twice over and they knew it. Also, Both aston villa and Birmingham are shit at the moment. Stupid argument.
M8 we had 12,000 fans there they would not give us the whole end and i can guarantee u would not out sing us it was our moment in Europe and we were in the championship.u had been in champions league not long before
Villa forever in your shadow? I'm sorry, who's leading the Second City Derby race? Who's unbeaten in 8 games in the premier league against BCFC in a row and counting? Who has a european championship? Who's actually in the top flight of football? Exactly...
