I genuinely think that knowing Bruce struggles with it has helped keep me alive.

“Toxic confusion” is a most apt description. Bruce’s explanation hit the 🎯 Anyone who has been stuck in that black hole knows how debilitating and overwhelming the situation can be. Asking for and accepting help can be the most difficult aspect of overcoming your imbalance.

You are great. You are one of the few who openly talk about this important problem that is hidden or downplayed. Thanks to you, many people will regain their peace and courageously rise.

Thank you Boss, two years ago something happened to me and I thought of committing suicide. Prior to me thinking or doing something, I heard that you have it and came out with you saying that you have it. Your my favorite singer and one hell of a wonderful guy. I'm getting the help and support that I need but it's because of you that I'm doing better, because I to this day look up to you and respect you. In my opinion ,this goes to show the world “Rock Stars are human with everyday struggles as me and them . I enjoy Bruce sharing this part of his life with the world ,and saying “ Look there is no shame in having depression, seek the help .He lived in a era where there was not what we have today . A lot of folks suffered horribly. I Thank You Bruce got shedding light on a delicate ,private area of your life . I feel that folks that are fans ,that are suffering in silence with depression.Well maybe hearing Bruce speak his truth ,will help many others to seek help without shame . Thank You Bruce for sharing this part of your life . Well ,today I had made plans to visit the home you grew up in and the cafe .My Life Long Dream is to just take a walk with You and Your wife ,just to see how down to earth you both truly are . I think often, the genius struggles... Avoiding anything mind altering, such as alcohol, would be crucial... in my opinion. I personally come from a long line of very sick, and not to be pitied, people... God bless the broken road, Bruce...I, like you, got very lucky! My story is different, and I am a miracle of sorts... Grateful for the obvious love! ❤❤❤... DREAM BABY DREAM!

With depression chemical and/ or else wise, Bruce is both brave and very on target as to what can happen . . . I can truly feel his heart and soul reaching out as he is singing out or speaking about life quality as a result . . . I was with you on my 16th birthday. You told me yours was the 23rd of September. I told you my brother died on the 25th. You were quiet. I told you it was okay that I wasn't over it but that I was better at living with it. I gave you lyrics to help you with your career. You promised to pay. I helped you because I thought of you as a brother. I would like the money I shouldn't have to ask for.

It’s called Alcoholism along with post stress disorder........and good ole Buddhist could help you heal.....but workaholic is part of the dis ease.
