Murdoch feigned dementia at the News of the World inquiry and he got away with it 100%. His acting skills must have been better than Weistein's. Either that or his presiding official was dumber.
Wildman Josh95. Common for defense attorneys to delay trials when they know their client will be convicted. And can't get them to agree to a plea deal.
every state has different laws but most you can file for speedy trial , I'm not a Lawyer by any means but have spent alot of time in court rooms..........and jail
@@robsmithracing Cobain killed himself. She might have made him crazy enough to kill himself but that isn't a crime. More likely his drug addiction + Courtney made him want out. I don't like her either but she didn't kill Cobain or hire it done.
@@robsmithracing A documentary trying to paint a certain picture will do just that. It's going to lead people to a certain conclusion by focusing on certain things, and leaving other things out. Just because you were convinced of something doesn't make it true.
Kim K. flunked the BAR exam once already. She says it's because she had Covid at the time she was taking it. Who wants a lawyer who is so thoughtless of others that they go out in public KNOWING that they have Covid? I guess she didn't care who she infected.
Let us not forget the luminaries Rae Carruth and Phil Spector, both of whom were convicted on homicide charges. Carruth, a former NFL wide receiver, has been released from prison. Spector, the once-teenage millionaire record producer, died in prison recently.
Rae Carruth hired someone to kill his pregnant girlfriend because he didn't want to pay support for another child. The girlfriend died but lived long enough to call the police, mention Carruth, and deliver her son, Chancellor.
@@jenniferpruitt6534 I know the story. The amounts the women sometimes make getting pregnant by these professional athletes is astounding. The child is entitled to support. The mother is not entitled to be kept in a mansion. I have heard stories of athletes who have had to pay $50,000 a month to each of several baby mothers. Except for a quarterback, no one's NFL career lasts long enough to keep up those payments for 18 years or even longer.
Don't forget O.J. Simpson. Unfortunately he was able to literally get away with murder, but at least his other crimes put him where he belongs...behind bars.
@@julietspoto9652 tbf she has brought Julia Jones from being executed & had that one woman released just by talking about it with trump so she can do good.
“It is not on my brother’s character to commit such a heinous crime” Master P said this about his brother’s alleged role in the murder of a teenager. His brother is known by his stage name C-murder.
Yeah so I guess they are just pretending all those women are liars or they are just saying they don't care drugging and raping women is no big deal especially since he pretended to be so wholesome on tv. Shocking that he is out really sickening.
Yet they were more concerned with relevancy and court settlements then getting actual justice against their attacker. Meanwhile he says he'd rather go to jail than admit guilt to a crime he didn't commit. Notice Weinstein never said that and none of his victims ever wanted to settle out of court.
Let's see, his net worth was close to 520 mil ... 1 mil for each accuser. Attorney Fees 200 mil. Corruption & Bribes fees 200 mil. $460-$520=ok He doesn't have any power now, you can let him go.
No No.... it's that there's a stand outside of the court room that sell's Cane's and Walkers to help you during your trial or... you can rent them for the day if you like :P
Weinstein had been around actors for a LONG LONG time … so he certainly learned something about acting … acting as if he is crippled to sway the jury is not a stretch…. Doesn’t seem as though he was last very long. He will be Epstein’d since he likely has a lot of dirt on a lot of powerful people.
And when released like OJ & Bill Cosby! Well their magically cured! 🤣😂🤣😂🤣😂 The only thing i'd like to know is who are these amazeing people cureing them! Truely a miricle!

@@johnhouse3300 I never watched any of those shows, but goodness, he's fun to look at. But I wouldn't date him if he paid me a full-time wage with a sizeable salary and benefits with a guaranteed 401K just for one date. That dude scares me!
Protip: maybe don't nickname yourself C-Murder if you think you might be implicated in a future murder. Gonna be hard to convince a jury of your innocence.
I started watching The Shield earlier this year and didn't know about Michael Jace until I looked it up on imdb. I was floored when I saw he was in prison for murder.
As of 5 days ago, Kidd Creole is supposedly still waiting on his Trial to commence. It's been damn near 5 years since he was arrested. Does the man not have the right to a speedy trial, in accordance to the sixth amendment? Whether the man is guilty, is not my concern. The man is just expected to rot in jail for what would amount to approximately 1/16 of his life, simply because the prosecutor doesn't have enough evidence? If they didn't have enough evidence to go to trial, it begs the question whether they actually had enough evidence to make the arrest to begin with.
The one about Shannon Richardson I remember when that happened we had FBI all over the city here. It was the talk of every local news channel and in the Texarkana Gazette. Her husband worked out at Red River and she tried to frame him for the crime. This dude completely butchered how to pronounce Texarkana as well it as painful to hear that lol.
Moral of the story: If your roommate is a former Power Ranger, don't push his buttons especially alone in a confined space whilst he has a sword in the vicinity
she made it - look - like her husband went after politicians. she didn’t give a shit, she just wanted her husband locked up. and didn’t care who got hurt doing it.
Doubt celebrities tower above anyone in their everyday life. Wrong choice of words, considering it takes a population to make someone a celebrity to begin with. Many people have to like them, and what they bring to the world stage, before that ever happens.
@@cocainaforall4636 you think the almighty dollar is the biggest thing in a conscious existence? Really? Too many are paper trained and tv programmed. Worth is measured by the size of ones heart. Not their bank account. Their thoughts, their words, and their actions. Money doesn't buy you a darnn thing after you are dead, but the memories others carry might. Knowledge is bigger. Trust me. Part of the reason for being. Combined knowledge.
Well by creating Death Row Records it cemented Rap as a music form unto itself. I sure Suge will never get released, but he has made his place in music history. You asked the question.
Celebrities will NEVER tower over me. They don’t tower over anyone. They are just as guilty as the rest of us. Them having money and lots of possessions, doesn’t mean they have a higher value than anyone else.
I grew up in northern California in the 70's and 80's. Growing up there we didn't treat anyone any differently just because of their job. (Film/TV) And I've never put any of them on a pedestal. I wish more people understood like us.

Agree 100 %. Not to mention that there are a lot of people who have been sitting in prison for years on marajiana possession and other minor charges 👉😔☁

ok first of all I'm south African and i've been following the pistorius trial and we don't use the word jury or a panel of jury's in the country our court cases are different only the judge issues the verdict
Bill Cosby use to be so funny, that’s a heartbreaking fall! I don’t mean to be rude, but I couldn’t care less about the rest of them. But I grew up listening and watching Cosby.
It’s hard to reevaluate people and delegitimise fond memories but there is no denying he is an abuser of women. You have to understand he is wrong. IMO he was groundbreaking but not that funny.
At the end of the day they are just ordinary people doing bad things so of course they should be punished for what they do. So they are famous and have money, big deal
Sam Hurd was making Way WAY MORE money than the average person. But it still wasn't enough to satisfy his ego. So he started a drug business. Maybe he'll be smart enough to wise up during his 15 year prison sentence. But I doubt it.
The Power Rangers dude didn't only have a voice role on Samurai, he actually played a human character. Bad guy that wore white and carried a sword. Name was "Dekker" or something like that.
@Noartist "Voluntary manslaughter is the killing of a human being in which the offender acted during the heat of passion, under circumstances that would cause a reasonable person to become emotionally or mentally disturbed to the point that they cannot reasonably control their emotions. Voluntary manslaughter is one of two main types of manslaughter, the other being involuntary manslaughter." So when his roommate aggressively busted into his bedroom and came at him, he was defending himself and his girlfriend. Did he overreact? Yeah probably, but in his mind he needed to defend himself.
not defending him at all but Janice Dickenson said later that she lied and was just trying to sell her book. I believe the other women but she sadly used what was going on to her advantage in a sick way.
Celebrities are just people. They make mistakes just like the rest of us. I don't look at them as better or more important, because they are NOT. In fact most of them are bad decision makers or just plain stupid.
"Celebrities tower above us in everyday life" - eh, no not really. They are just people who have chosen a profession that can include a measure of fame if they are successful at it (such as acting), due to visibility. They don't generally tower above (for example) scientists who make important medical discoveries that help humanity or those who currently spend their working lives on COVID wards daily. We just live in a society that over-values celebrities to the point where they can sometimes end up with so much power and influence that people around them are afraid to challenge very problematic behaviour (such as the sexual predation that has come to light in the last number of years). Jimmy Saville believed he was untouchable, and sadly, he was, while alive, and children suffered. And though I have idolized many musicians in my time (and still admire them, and thankfully none of those ones have been part of these revelations), part of maturing as a human being is realising somebody's ability in a certain particular area (acting, presenting, music, comedy, or just being a very good bullshit artist like Saville) does not make them super-human or perfect.
Even Michael Jackson give me pause.. But then I don't know I wasn't there so I can't prove anything.. But with the rich and powerful in Hollywood and the music industry. Definitely gives me pause to hesitate..
