Welcome to Tortola! We're hopping in a taxi and headed to Brewers Bay, which we've heard has some decent snorkeling as well as a chill spot called Nicole's Beach Bar. After some ocean time, we're headed back to the ship for an evening of music and mixology, dinner at the Normandie dining room, a "Night Of The Chill" at Eden, and more mayhem!! :D

I've often eaten the rind of brie, camembert and other soft cheeses (lucky to travel to France often). It doesn't really taste much different, more of a texture thing/people may leave as outer part. Bitterness is usually a sign the cheese is old or going off.

Had we known, we would have joined and shared the cab with you. We went to Cane garden bay through the ship excursion and were disappointed. It was so crowded and we had only a little over an hour at the beach.

It has been years since we went to tortola.but loved it.would love to go back.took a cruise tour don't know what beach we were at.remember we went through a cave and the beach there had big rock formation in the water there.had a great time in the water .

Chef Jeffrey here😂😂 yes it’s normal to keep the brine on the Brie Cheese. Yes there’s some French Brie that tend to have a aftertaste that’s somewhat odd. Although its one of those tastes that grow on you after having it a few time. Try a glass of Chardonnay with it next time and you’ll appreciate that flavor.

I used to work @ a Hotel Restaurant they always change out their coffee an tea contract which included coffee machines with some basic training ? An they have prepak coffee pack easy to do an make coffee sometimes option of half pot which you have guess about half a bag ? We would never serve that as a cup of coffee ever ?

Just a suggestion on the banding. Just shoot a photo and do the voice over on the image instead of letting video roll over the menu. Just a thought. Love the videos guys!

Maybe the taxi driver from the other trip didn't want to take you to Brewers Bay because the locals don't really want cruise passengers there. They may want to keep it more of a beach for locals. But who knows?

Hi just came back from Ruby Princess 7day pacific northwest next cruise headed to Alaska , they no longer have a coffee card instead of a elite mini-bar setup ? An they also have a new partnership with a new coffee vender Lavazza coffee I guess they either did'nt get training or don't know how to make a pot of coffee ? MDR was the best for coffee not now , it was a 7 day trip most days it was watered down coffee a few days half way drinkable ? hopefully it gets better soon ? service overall was up an down also , was always good before even than they tried very hard which was good thing this trip you wonder if they even listen before walking away very spotty service overall ?

Which would you suggest more, cane garden bay or brewers bay? Particularly for a 2 year old? I’m going in October with my family and wife loves snorkeling but we need a safe beach for our son .

They have all sizes of taxis, so they would round up a van for your group, most likely.
