Besides sharing brief moments of our great time on the Celebrity Ascent we wanted to show a few things rarely seen on RU-vid. Like the inside of Le Petit Chef, Spa facilities, shaves/treatments for men, foot treatments, gambling tournaments, Magic Carpet interactions, shows, and mother's having priceless memories with Mexican waiters. (No mothers were harmed in the filming of slightly drunken exploits seen here.)

The corner magic carpet suites are my favorite but I would never book those rooms next to them, you can see right inside.Agree love Luigi, had him o the Beyond !

Hi John & Louie, I have watched a few of your videos (so far) and I'm thoroughly enjoying them. Taking an Ascent trip with my sister (Mediterranean) in October and really looking forward to it! Doris is amazing. This is the best Ascent blog ever. No qualifiers. I’m doing the Med on this ship this summer and now I’m worried now about privacy, but oh well… Also, I don’t really like the ambiance in Luninae, or Blu either, prefer the MDRs esp Normandie. What do you think?

Your butler comment hit me suddenly, as I heard this exact story from another person's video. They ran into this rather aloof person who said "Oh you won't see much of me, I'm the head butler etc., etc., and it turns out that isn't supposed to be that way." I do know they recently returned butler service to the sky suites after having removed it, I'm not sure what's going on but I think there is a level or "Oh I moved up a bit and don't have to be around all that much." That really isn't the case. I hope they fix it. I've done many early January cruises and I find them fabulous!

Someone told us you have to go all the way to the Celebrity Suite for full-on butler service. Not sure if this is true.

i stumbled upon your channel and you do odd but good coverage of the ship; so much of the show. You're like Thurston Howell and Groucho Marx. How extraordinary! Confirmed that the theater lobby sucks as does the theater in the round concept. thanks
