I went out to my favorite thai restaurant a few months back. My green curry came to the table with almost no protein. Also, I had ordered "thai hot". After tasting it and noticing it didnt have any heat, I asked the waitress to please make it "thai hot". She said "that will cost $3.00 extra". I was completely shocked since I always ordered thai hot before with no extra expense. I ended up taking the $3 off of her tip, and will never return to the restaurant. The dining out experience has been completely ruined. I now prefer to experiment at home by watching a cooking video, buying the ingredients, and doing it myself.
