The Celebrity Eclipse is a Solstice Class ship. It had not been revolutionized at the time of filming this video in May 2023. Here is a fairly comprehensive tour of the public areas on the ship.
About Me:
My love of cruising started at the age of 13 when I sailed on the SS Norway. Since then, I have been married on a cruise (Holland's Zuiderdam) and have sailed most of the major lines with plans to add more to my cruise history. Sometimes we cruise for the ports. Sometimes we cruise for the ship experience. And occassionally, we splurge and cruise for the room. Follow along here on my RU-vid channel or through my blog or Instagram.

I really wish the next class of Celebrity ships are 80 percent this class ship and only 20 percent of the Edge. This is just so much more intimate and elegant and complete for various types of cruisers. Calming music and the deck walkthrough and pans were very effective at showing this ship.

All I can say is WOW, what a fantastic video!! I know you did this 9 months ago but I actually found this by accident and how opportune. I literally just booked my first Eclipse cruise, a TA March 2025 in a RS and now after watching this I am more excited than ever! Thank you for your video. I will be on this ship in November, for 10 days, staying in the retreat, celebrity suite. I’ve was on the Equinox last year, and surprised at how it is almost identical. I do love this class of ships above the big huge ones.

This is an excellent ship tour! I sailed on Celebrity Eclipse earlier this summer to Alaska and am taking the rest of the family on Eclipse, sailing to Mexico. This was great to be able to show them what to expect.

That is an itinerary that is on our bucket list. I hope you have a great cruise! (I try to record when there aren't many people around to not intrude on people's vacations. Most of this video is from the very early morning hours.)

Great tour! Just got off Celebrity Summit out of Bayonne. It was my first Celebrity cruise, and I loved their whole product. Since this is coming to Bayone next year, probably going to book, give this ship a try!

how in the world did you film this with virtually NO ONE in the common areas but while at sea? This was super cool. I'm considering this ship for an upcoming cruise. Thanks!

I am a very early riser and most people sleep in on sea days. This was a cruise with five days in a row so I had plenty of chances to get footage. I really enjoyed the ship and would cruise on her again if I get a chance.

Sailed on her in March 2023 and was not impressed by the food. No soft fruits available at the breakfast buffet (had to ask for them) only melon on display. No bacon only pork fat and when looking for mushrooms they had been replaced by garden peas on the last day. Who wants garden peas on toast? Not me. One dinner in restaurant I had to send back the lamb as I couldn't even cut it with a steak knife it was just gristle. One positive was the french onion soup which was delicious.

Was this a ghost cruise for the elite. Nobody is here. Only a skeleton crew. I don't understand the grassy knowl. I did like the dangling tree. The sky lounge never understand putting the seats on the inside when people want to see a view. The library even though nice should be smaller. Not many people go in their I bet.

Thanks for your comment. It was recorded in the early morning hours before most people were awake. The ship was at full capacity for this sailing. The Sky Lounge was used for a lot of trivia so the seats inside actually do make sense. It's also used a lot at night when there isn't anything to see outside. On our sailing, the library was mostly full every time I walked by so it gets plenty of use.
