@LolThtGuyVR This is an expedition ship that sails in the Galápagos Islands. We had 3-4 excursions most days to hike, snorkel, or kayak so didn't spend a lot of time on the ship. Being a very small ship is important to lessen the impact on the environment and allow for small groups (10-16 people) for excursions.
Thank you so much for posting this video. My wife and I took our first cruise a few weeks ago and it was on Adventure of the Seas. We absolutely loved it and are looking forward to cruising again. Your video is very relaxing and when I am watching it, I feel like I am back on Adventure again. Keep up the great work and you just got yourself a new subscriber 😃😃😃
This was so relaxing and beautiful. I appreciate the captioning as well. The MDR is gorgeous, looks like every deck is desirable. Very enjoyable, thank you!
Lort... I am a cruiser and don't know how I am going to survive in an interior room lol. We always get a balcony but we are taking our 6-year-old granddaughter and my Hubby has OCD and does not want her near a balcony.
@allisterfanatic We tried to bring as little as possible but did have one small bag. There is room in a net in the back of the vehicle. Our bag managed to stay pretty dry but it's not protected at all so it may get wet/muddy. I didn't see any lockers. Hope you have a great time! We really enjoyed it.
thank you!! planning to just bring my small waist bag, figured i can keep it on and almost tuck it behind me or to the side to protect it from dirt haha
I wanted to go while visiting family up in Corinth, MS last week but they were closed 😟.. I think they got some damage from a winter storm, or something..
Thank you for your video. I will be on this ship in November, for 10 days, staying in the retreat, celebrity suite. I’ve was on the Equinox last year, and surprised at how it is almost identical. I do love this class of ships above the big huge ones.
All I can say is WOW, what a fantastic video!! I know you did this 9 months ago but I actually found this by accident and how opportune. I literally just booked my first Eclipse cruise, a TA March 2025 in a RS and now after watching this I am more excited than ever! Well in the event that you do see this, thanks so much for a lovely vidoe tour!
This video was taken from the cruise ship, the Celebrity Eclipse the morning it docked in Maui (last spring). I don't know if there is a ferry between those two islands.
I sailed on this when it was new and it is so much different. A lot of big open spaces were nicely sectioned off like the area above the Rendzvous. It was one giant lounge and not optimal. Now it is Wine Cellars and Sushi specialty restaurant. The Upper Lounge, Reflections, has been updated and some other areas tastefully. Thankfully, the main dining room's grandeur has been retained. Looks good. I love the Solstice class style Martini Bar. Maybe the ships sails with Celebrity until about 2030 so sail aboard when you can (as the Constellation). The only change I don't like is losing Michael's Club. But I feel it looks so much nicer than the meh lounge on the new class of ships for Retreat passenger.
I really wish the next class of Celebrity ships are 80 percent this class ship and only 20 percent of the Edge. This is just so much more intimate and elegant and complete for various types of cruisers. Calming music and the deck walkthrough and pans were very effective at showing this ship.

I put several of my bands on Carnival ships for 5 years in the mid 90's. I had two extended tours on the Ecstasy. Much of it is the same. Much of it is new (mini golf, water park, etc.). Its sad to know that all the ships I was on (Holiday, Original Jubilee, Original Celebration, Tropical, Ecstasy, Fantasy, Sensation, Fascination) are now all gone. I was also on the Dynasty before its first cruise, but I'm not sure if she's still in service.
Your channel has a great mix of both travel and cruise.....ships and destinations. Something we try to achieve also. Some quality content here Rebecca that we will be exploring more of now and in the future.
What a really relaxed ambience and atmosphere you've captured here. Its rare to find video that shows that these megaships can have calm places to retreat to at certain times. A lovely video. We enjoyed seeing this 👍
Having an extra bathroom is itself a luxury and ensures a much nicer trip. And if your cruise is 'expedition' in nature, then we would love that forward facing balcony.
Thanks for the comment. We really enjoyed the layout and second bathroom for such an active cruise where we were constantly showering and changing. And the ship was a really nice size. But it definitely wasn't the most up-to-date cabin. If you want something more modern and new for the Galapagos, the Celebrity Flora would be a great choice. I've also heard great things about Silversea's Origen.
Thank you! Yes, I would book it again. The only hesitation is that those who don't like a solid railing (which means you have to stand up to see the water), might not like the balcony as much. The balcony is uncovered so as long as there is sun on that side of the ship, there would be plenty of sun for tanning.
This is an excellent ship tour! I sailed on Celebrity Eclipse earlier this summer to Alaska and am taking the rest of the family on Eclipse, sailing to Mexico. This was great to be able to show them what to expect.
