I went on the Equinox a few months back right before the renovated the ship. It was an amazing ship even before the renovation, and it’s amazing to see how much better they were able to make it in just 3 months. I hope you guys had fun on your cruise!!!

Awesome video for anyone interested in cruising on the Equinox. I love the whole thing, especially when you meet up with Jenny.

Took my three girls for their various graduations on the Equinox last summer and we all loved the beauty of the ship. My absolute favorite spot was the adult inside pool area, so relaxing, had a/c and quiet music. The setup of the buffet was wonderful. Also, the lawn was a fun and different touch.

Thanks for the tour. Sailing on the Equinox in 2 weeks. This really helped give me the "lay of the land" before we board. Super excited about the Equinox. We've never been on Celebrity before but for where we are now in our lives (mid 50's, no kids) the vibe seems to be right for us as we celebrate our 35th anniversary. We're not full time "cruise people". We take one every five years or so. Your videos have been a big help in getting us prepared and raising our excitement level. Thanks!

Thanks for the tour. Love Celebrity ships, my favorite cruise line by far. They have one of the best live music programs which really appeals to me. Never been on the Equinox before but it looks a lot like the Celebrity Reflection.

Going on the new refurbished ship in Feb and again in April. Frankly could not see a whole lot of difference but will see for myself soon. Love Celebrity

If you are ever back on the Equinox (or any of the S Class ships) there is a little known indoor seating area all the way forward on Deck 11 called the Relaxation Room. It's mainly used by people waiting for their Spa appointments but it's open to everyone. Indoor loungers facing a wall of glass looking forward, it's very cool and also very quiet.

I'm sailing on the Eclipse next year...a sister ship of the Equinox. I use a wheelchair and your walkabout showed me how wheelchair friendly my ship will be. You almost walked right up to the equivalent cabin I'll have on Deck 7 so now I see how close I'll be to the aft elevators too. Thanks Tony!!

You’ve made me miss this ship so much! It’s been almost 7 years since we were there! We sailed 15 nights from Italy to Miami. ❤️ I hope you had gelato before you left it was AMAZING! Tuscan Grill was beyond belief. My wife STILL talks about it. I remember how peaceful, calming and relaxing everything about that ship was. The FOOD! Wow. Love your videos! You guys are awesome.

It looks really nice the only thing I saw in this is you could hear the stuff going on in the foyer even in the library and other areas. Those are areas I would want to seek out for some quiet time so I would find this ship a bit on the noisy side I think.

Thanks for the tour Tony. Brought back some great memories of our cruise in 2019, and we're looking forward to going on her again. If and when you go back, we highly recommend the Tuscan Grill, great food and breathtaking views. We hoping to do the La Petit Chef when we sail on her again.

Tony, Im getting exhausted thinking about how much walking you did for this video. I was on this ship in 2014 on a Med cruise. Out of 15 ships I've been on this one was in my top 3. It was the best food I've had on a ship. The main dining room great. The service and food was amazing.

I think we were on the same time as you. We had an inside stateroom this time. used the difference in cost to dine in the specialty restaurants.

Hey Tony, great video. my favorite thing to do on the Equinox was the hot glass show. Pretty expensive to make a drinking glass (around $70) but well worth it. The guys working the area were experts and you essentially assisted them but they really gave you a quick in-depth class on glass blowing. I think there are 3 Soltice class ships with the hot glass class. Well worth it.

I hope you guys will get to meet Captain Kate sometime . She is fantastic! You guys should sail the Edge next time! She is now captain of that ship. My mom and I got to meet her and gotten a picture with her. So if you guys really like Celebrity and want to do another cruise with them. Definitely book on Edge and then you guys can meet Captain Kate McCue. P.s. Captain Kate McCue is the first American women to be ever captain of a major cruise line she was in New York Times

Tony, thanks for the video it was very informative. I'm going on the Celebrity Eclipse next month to Hawaii (yes tooting my own horn!) And now I know somewhat the ship I will be on. the Eclipse is the "little Sister Ship" to the Equinox, as it has yet to go through the Celebrity Revolution. I've never been on a ship that is over 98,000 tons and was worried that it would be massively crowded. I feel a lot better after seeing your video. I still would have gone on the cruise, but now I'm not as anxious about it. Thanks again, and thanks for keeping us informed.

Enjoyed the tour of the ship! I was wondering when you walked through the buffet if guests are permitted to enter the restaurant and/or dine in swim wear. I was a little shocked that it seemed to be okay. Beautiful ship - so glad you are enjoying your cruise!!

Thanks Tony for the great tour. The library looks nice. The Tuscan Grill is their Italian restaurant, but yes you can get a steak too. Do they have afternoon tea like they do on Princess. As we never saw that on the Millennium. My husband Derek loves the Spa steam rooms in the Persian Garden, he always buys a cruise Spa pass. One needs to get it on the first day, as they only sell so many. At 121,000 tons and 2850 passengers, it is a fairly large ship, comparable to Regal and Royal Princess, but of course the largest now are at about 170,000 tons with a lot more passengers. I think the Equinox is the largest I ever want to go on.

Worked for celebrity the last 4 yrs, have been sailing for 7 yrs and i never noticed that the elevator bells ringed twice for down and once for up!! 🤣LOL and yes the martini bar is the best !! I hope you guys got to do silent disco!

The first thing l noticed was NOISE. Everywhere you walked you could hear the dancing lessons then further along you heard a band and on and on and on. This is the massive problem with those big central spaces, ( called Atrium’s to Central Parks and others, whatever they are they promote too much noise. It will be outside only for me if l cruised again.
