Prima Ship Tour 

This is the 1st video where someone went from their stateroom & took us all around the ship. Great job. I was recently on the Getaway, my 1st cruise on NCL & wasn’t impressed & thought a lot of the food was so-so. The staff was excellent. This ship looks great & looks like it’s a big improvement.

so far I've learned, I will get stuck in the slide and I should stay on floor 13 to win at slots. I dig it.

So when someone is stuck they bring out a crew member with a paint roller and sunscreen and grease up the biggest ( or hairy ) guy they can find and send him down !

Prima is my favorite ship. It was my 10th NCL cruise and by far one of my favorites. 🥰

Nice tour thanks Tony! Being an Aussie, I like that the 'lift' voice calls the lift a lift because, well... that's what it is! Haha all good. I think it's good to be exposed to 'foreign' words from time to time.

Hi Tony, great video! We were just on the Prima at the end of January, and you echoed many of our sentiments, regarding the balcony cabin - beautiful and spacious, and the public spaces, such as the atrium, Syd Normans, the Improv, etc. being too small. One additional thing for Prima cruisers to be aware of, if you have dinner in Palomar, one of the specialty dining restaurants, it is just below the race track, so your nice dinner may be punctuated by loud bangs and thumps from the race track above! In our opinion, that was a poor location for a specialty dining restaurant.

This video has convinced me I want to cruise the Prima!

We were on with you all this week. It was great and we loved the ship. I can understand why some people are upset about the pool but I also feel like the pools are crowded on every ship. In terms of the size of Syd Norman's and The Improv, those are small on every NCL ship. I do think they could increase the size some but it's hard to not lose the intimate feeling they are supposed to have. My husband's biggest complaint was no late night cookies.😂 Other NCL ships we've been on had a location with late night snacks that always had cookies (either on the pool deck or in the observation lounge). We found it odd they were only using the Observation lounge for bfast and mid day snacks.

I found on the encore was the same way to watch some bands

Hi Tony, the ship looks amazing. I love the colors. Seems like very small spaces for all the venue's. Did you or Jenny get the chance to meet anyone that had a balcony with the slide going through it. I would not be happy with that and thought it was very strange when I first saw them. Everything about Prima is fantastic. By far my favorite ship!! Loved all the live music in the Primrose Bar.

Happy to hear about the size of the balcony room on the Prima. We are booked on the sister ship, The Viva, in 2025 and also have a balcony room. We'll be on it for 21 days doing back to back cruises in the Mediterranean. Thanks for the great tour Tony!

What a fantastic review of this ship the best I've seen! After seeing this video I am going to cancel one of my future NCL cruises and reschedule one on the PRIMA most likely. I wish so badly that NCL would create a new ship like this minus the go carts and water slides and kids stuff. I know that stuff is really cool but there are so many of us that don't use any of that. I have sailed on many of their Mega ships with these features and they seem very under used quite frankly for the amount of space they take up. Oh well a girl can dream! They have so little pool space it would be nice if they had one more pool instead of a go kart track and a paintball court.

As a heads up to those who want/need a slightly bigger cabin and are willing to forego the balcony, the Large Ocean View cabins are the size of a balcony cabin, but the space is on the INSIDE!! That's what we had last fall and it was AWESOME!! SOOO much space!! Seriously, this is the only cruise cabin I've ever had that came anywhere near a hotel room with regard to space. If you're trying to fit extra adults into a cabin and can't afford the mega $$ of a suite, that might be a good option. BTW, I heard folks disparage the elevator voice, but I kind of loved it. As a fan of Doctor Who, it reminded me of the Atmos episode from a year or fifteen back. 😉

Thanks for doing these ship tours, I find them very informative especially when I find that I don't like the ships ( which is the case with this one) keeps us from being disappointed which is great for those of us who can only cruise once or twice a year.
