My thing with Jamaica is the properties look so nice from the outside, but some of the interiors are always so dated and old fashion. I mean for a couple million USD, I’m gonna need nice fixtures, updated bathrooms and kitchen 🫣. But then again if you have 2mil for a property, you properly got the money to do a full renovation.

I was gonna comment, it looks better on the outside than the inside. Such an outdaed small kitchen for the house's size. They showed a glimpse of the run- down mossy green pool. Obviously this property had not been lived in for quite some time. Needs a complete makeover. There are so many new, modern contemporary, upscale properties on the market to choose from

you are so right, the California mansions look way way better than ours by far. We buy a monster place but hardly anything done to make interior and finishing look stylish, even in the most expensive neighborhoods in Jamaica like Spring Farm, Iron Shore or in Westmoreland or Portland

Beautiful view, but the house itself doesn't impress me. It needs a lot of work and not enough natural light for me. The price is a tad high for all the work that needs to be done.

I thought I was going to be WoW’d as soon as I entered through the front door. The Foyer needs to updated so you can be amazed as soon as you walk in. All in all it’s a great home that needs an updated modern, trendy fixtures and open floor plan to maximize the square foot & views.

Nice bones. But 3.6M is a stretch guys! 😂 bc the ENTIRE interior needs to be redone. Kitchen needs a complete overhaul. Front door has to GO!! Why would anyone put that door on this stunning property?? 🙄

@@NoMediocre876 Absolutely. I don’t think the price contemplates the amt of work that has to be done to bring the home back up to luxury standards. I live very close to this property so I know what it used to be, especially when it was first built.

The rooms are nice, good space, the bathrooms need major update, soaking tubs ect. Just name it Norbrook View Retreat, remodel renovate and get a resident chef and turn it in a AB&B with rental car / tour bus, easily get top $$$$ for location. ( Next time I will charge consultation fee by each letter )😂😂😂🇯🇲🇺🇸

Sorry to say but the house is definitely in dire need of major renovation to make it more appealing to many buyers. It’s needs to be gutted and remodeled with the newest appliances, lighting fixtures, etc. That white house inside and out needs some serious fresh paint with colors complimentary to the Caribbean feel. The aesthetics of the exterior is beautiful. Beautiful Mountain View. I like that vast packing area. Whoever buys the house will need to pay lots of money to do the upgrades. It might just be perfect so someone with money for the renovation. Someone with innovative ideas because it does have potential to look fabulous when done right. It’s a project I’d personally find challenging and rewarding.

Not impressed with the interior. The decor is dated and dark. No doubt the property has potential BUT....very disappointing. You over hyped it and it didn't match up. It should be sold as a renovation project.

They should consider redoing/updating this house if they R going to ask this price. Anyone who is looking @ this property with the intention of buying it using honest/clean money, is used to more luxurious appointments. Why is the kitchen not a talking point? Again, not impressed.

Very true, but this house target buyer is an investor seeking an asset to park income without it being taxed or a developer that see the 1million USD townhomes next door and realize i can get something equivalent to the thoes returns on my investment with this property.

You all have no idea how to present a home for sale, first of all the kitchen needs to be remodeled , kitchen is what sells a house, a house like that should have a spectacular kitchen and that is not it. Second, the house needs to be staged because it looks like no one lived there in the last 10yrs. This is not good. However, the house location is sweet.

Major, major, major renovation kitchen need to be gutted. Too boxie entrance is not inviting, new door staircase rail remove. That's $1,500,000.00 and more for renovation. Better the owner renovate make back the money then sell.

The materials seem cheap. One needs to see more than space. The bathrooms are small & need updating. Why are there no bidets in a house of this price. Not impressed.
