Very nice collection if not the most original. I like the 60's references. I am getting current Dior vibes but with super short skirts. A nice improvement over the t shirts and sweaters with the Celine logo. But he is making major $$$ for LVMH. I read today that Celine will be launching cosmetics in the Fall.
Very British, Twiggy styled looks. The eyes, the dot on the face, the sunglasses and designs. On a whole I love the looks but lol, the length of the skirts n dresses. Hey, this old woman wore really short skirts and dresses back in the day, then again, I guess everything does do a comeback 😊. Very elegant in many of the dresses and yes, that lil hat. ❤
Some do not know how to walk on hills. I1ve noticed this in may other collections too, but for this collection, with legs exposed, it would be important to know how to walk with high hills. Other aspect I noticed: is their necks. Young people have the problem caused by computers and cellphones to their necks.
I hate to use this word but the whole thing is just CLASSY! Yes, I saw elements of 1960's and 1970's but beautifully executed. Fashion Lives in the House of Celine. The music, venue, fashions, hair, makeup, accessories were all wearable and coordinated to support a collection. I am a tough sell, a harsh critic, and a stickler for detail. I thought this was as close to flawless as one could find. Congratulatios🍾
Celine always makes beautiful videos. Very beautiful elegant clothes from the films of the 60s. Very aesthetically pleasing. I think if it weren’t for the excellent director’s work, the collection would have looked very boring at a regular show. I liked the bags and boots.
These closely resemble the clothes I wore in the 1960's when I was in high school... I like it a lot... it is very well done with the accessories complimenting the garments... I love it all. The venue with all those pillars blocking the view of the garments is not good, filming flips too fast from one thing to another... You just don't get good views of the garments... too bad...
