Thank you for the information about the razor. I as well find myself strangely drawn to the Trac ll style products they work good for my skin and beard type.
Sounds like you just had a bad blade. I have had bad blades with leaf blades not all of them but every once in awhile you will get a bad blade. That being said you know you can always get bad blade from any blade company.
You are right Mike I think it was just a bad blade, made the shave more aggressive and rough than it should have been. I have been fortunate in the almost ten years I have been shaving with a safety razor and have only had a handful of bad blades. Thanks for commenting!
