We live in the hills. Low signal. I got one off Amazon $120 about 4 years ago. Works great. It’s not this one though. It just stoped working. So I’m buying another one . Now I notice there is extension cable available.

Verizon requires a MAC number to register. Does this product have a MAC number?

what do you mean register. is it paying for another phone line with verison or just register you equipment kind of deal to use on thier network? can you explain the registration? great video very straight to the point and no uptalking. thumbs up....

Simply register your product, they just need to know what is tapping into their signal. No payments.

Where did you find the MAC address for the booster? I got one and was trying to register it with Verizon, but I cannot find the MAC address for the device.

I just gave them the sn number on device. They didnt care how long or short it was.

@@HomesteadTOS I don’t see any serial number on the device. There is one sticker on the back with an FCC ID number and a model number, but those aren’t unique IDs and can’t be used to register the device. Do I need to take out the screws in the back and take it apart to find the serial number?

Please explain what the indicators ALM and RUN mean. Should the ALM light be on when it is working? My RUN light is on, my ALM light is not on and my signal strength on phone is one bar inside and outside.

Alarm means obstruction or that you have the antena and reciever too close together. Run is good as long as your carrier has aproved your install. it was about a 5 min phone call from me and takes anywhere from 30min to 7 days to get activated. i hope this helps.

Also i had 2 towers I was getting a signal from. 1 did the same thing as yours as it was a "lite" tower

Did you run the second test with your WiFi accidentally enabled ? It looks like its enabled, but I could be wrong.

Should be off. At the time we had dirt road internet so it was worse then the Verizon signal. We currently use starlink.

I'm a little confused.. Are you saying you had to wait 8 to 10 days for the device to be registered with Verizon first in order for it to boost signal?

Technically yes. But it worked for me as shortly after i called Verizon

Here in Denmark it is actually illegal to set one up without permission one can risk what would count as 1000 USD in penalty for setting one up without permission from the Mobile company service provider

They know they have you by the balls and will keep squeezing till you pay. You need to get consumer protection from the government that's being paid off....SO...you need a lot of people to put pressure on the government and squeeze their balls 😈

Went to register with Verizon and they are asking for the mac ID for the product. The only thing on the booster on itself is a FCC ID, what did you give the Verizon customer support to register the booster? Thanks in advance for the help!
