I think Beale was reluctant to change it at half time because he’s arrogant and was reluctant to admit he had got it severely wrong in the Midfield. He’s spent so much time talking himself and Rangers up he left himself little or no room for such a basic error as picking the wrong line up and tactics. Postecoglou on the other hand got a two goal lead then altered his setup and approach to see the game out. McGregor kept the score line respectable for Rangers for me. He doesn’t save those early efforts it’s a rout. I think rangers are in for a reality check at Celtic Park. 35:30 Kevin brought up the fact Ange let’s the players take responsibility on the park during games to alter tactics etc depending on how they feel the game is going. Jock Stein afforded the Lisbon Lions the same trust and flexibility also. I see a lot of comparisons with Postecoglou and Stein in the approach to the game on so many levels. As for Ange leaving Celtic well Liverpool we’re his Club growing up in Australia so if any Club has the power to pull him away it would be them I think. I wasn't gonna comment here but I have heard so much bullshit the last few days I cant help it. First of all any Rangers fans calling for Beale's head are an absolute embarrassment, I heard a guy on the Clyde football phone in say if we dont win the Scottish Cup and get it down to 3pts in the league he should go!! WTF, the presenter said why, he said well Gio got sacked for being 9pts behind but Gio threw away a lead in the league so its like 15 points of a turnaround and Beale so far is level with Celtic so thats such a stupid comment. The performances haven't been amazing but in the league we have won every game except Celtic so we're level with Celtic since he came in, we have had good half hours or good 45mins but apart from the game at Tyney we've not had a real 90min performance. He has brought fight and determination and a bit of character, coming back v Hibs and Aberdeen and instead of Celtic blowing us away at Ibrox after going 1.0 we ended up being 2.1 ahead and should have won it. He picked the wrong team yesterday and like Andy said if he had changed it at half time it might have made the difference, Raskin and Cantwell have played recently and at least one should have started and Ryan Jack for me should play if fit. Kamara is done and Lundstrum is never Rangers class, I never liked him when he signed but I had to admit he had a good spell for us and done very good in a few European games but that was it, he's done. I understand why he went with that side as they are tried and trusted but it was a mistake. We brought in a young unexperienced manager, who was a good coach and now we need to stand by him, give him time and back him. As for Celtic and Ange, the media and guys like Slaney have made out like this is best team in Celtics history, what a lot of pish!!, they play really good football, I think Ange is a very good manager but there is levels and they cant be better than the lisbon lions or the O'Neil Seville team - the style of football is different now so yeah maybe better to watch but player for player not a chance!! - only Carter Vickers out of the back 5 is even top level. Hart and Starfelt are bombscares If this is the best Celtic team ever then we arent that far behind are we?, and we're like the worst Rangers team ever if you believe some folk, yet in the 2 games since Beale came in 2.2 at Ibrox and we should have seen the game out and on Sunday Celtic were better but when we scored they looked rattled and we had opportunities to win it. If we can bring in players I reckon we could easily get the title back because right now we're managing to beat the other 10 sides and in 13 league games or however many games it is, we are level with Celtic. My worry is that we wont back Beale, we dont really have players to sell and bring in money, Celtic have a great model, they bring guys in and sell at the right time and then reinvest. We done good to get money for Paterson after like 20 games, Aribo and Bassey but we should have sold Morelos, Kent and Kamara when the interest was there. Now we must resign them all so we can then sell on eventually but we wont get anywhere near what we could have, Kent and Morelos looked done until Beale came in but both look half decent again and I would keep them. Kamara is done for me, but he's still young so give him a new deal then sell him next year if he doesnt improve and at least get a couple of mill. Celtic are well ran, they have a very good squad as it is and will no doubt bring in other players, we need so many players, 2 goalkeepers cos both are done, we need cover at Centre half as im not sure about Davies and Soutar cant be relied on, we probably need full backs, Tav and Devine will stay, id get rid of Barisic and im not sure about Yilmaz yet, midfield Davis, Kamara, Lundstrum and Arfield are either gone or if they stay would be subs, so we need a few players in there, Hagi and Lawrence will be fit, Raskin and Cantwell are new plus keep id keep Jack, id keep Kent and Sakala is a decent squad membe but we need wide players esp on the right, Morelos and Colak are both decent but I think cos Morelos has been playing, Colak who was on fire under Gio now knows he wasnt fancied by Beale so we have 2 guys who prob wont ever really play together and no way we can keep both and keep them happy, I would sign new young strikers and pick one of those 2 to stay, I reckon we need minimum 5-6 but up to 10-12 new players and depending on how much money there is will depend on how good they are. Truth about Celtic is they are a good side, they know how to beat the other teams but theyve failed in Europe time after time, they need to actually win a game in the Champions League before they can be seen as anywhere near the best Celtic team and anyone saying Liverpool or Chelsea would go for Ange must be smoking crack!, I don't actually think its a bad shout, he would probably do a good job but there is no way either of those sides, both who have won titles and champions leagues in recent history and their ambition is to do so again are going to go for a guy who cant win a European match and is playing in a shitty league like ours. People scoffed at Leeds but they are a big side, there is a reason title winning Rodgers went to Leicester and title winning and former English captain Gerrard went to Villa, Ange will stay next year and when he goes it will be to mid table side FACTS unless he goes to a team in Holland or France or something but if its the Prem it'll be a Forest or Palace etc
