There is full analysis of the development of historical Insular half-uncial including that of the Book of Kells. Then there is an adapted half-uncial taught that is more suited for contemporary Celtic applications; it retains more of the character of the Kells scripts without being a pastiche. The hybid script mixes in Italic chachter for a more lively rhythm.
