The Triskelion is not a Celtic symblol. It long pre-dates the Celts. It's found carved on the entrance stone at Newgrange in Ireland and that was built in 3200 BC a couple of thousand years before any "Celts" arrived in Ireland. It was carved by neolithic farmers.
