Celtic Woman & PS22 Chorus "You Raise Me Up" (Acoustic version) 

I started crying. It is moments like this that convinced me that my lifewouldnt be complete if I didn't have music in my life everyday.

One of my favorite musical moments ever caught on video: at about the 1m 35s mark, Lisa Kelly is visibly (and audibly) stunned at the power of the Chorus coming in at full strength. It's a pretty huge statement about these kids that they can knock a seasoned professional off her note! :)

I found this on Valentines Day as a single woman who hasnt been in a relationship in 22 years, this brought tears to my eyes, and reminded me that I am not really alone! Perfect!!!

My great-grandmother, Katie McGovern, told me when I was very young that the Lord made angels in human form to walk among us and inspire us and to be guardians of our faith. Thank you, ladies, you have proved it to me. Love.

Lynn was kinda choked up at the end too. This is what celebrities should be like, always humble and gracious for what you have. and those kids were great too. congrats to them. I hope the girls will go all over the world to inspire other kids.

When Celtic Woman Came to Portland,Maine This year I was truly blessed to be sitting in the front row,where bulk of the Women of Celtic Woman was HEARING ME AND SEEING me cheer,encourage,and vocally voicing my support towards these great women,and Mairead was actually interacting with me a couple of times,rest of the women was seeing me supporting them,Susan actually pretty much talking TO ME,and in END,they sang this song,and Mairead herself said,and I believe this is what she said as a description for this song: " this next song we are going to sing was created by one of our Great friends of the united states(while she said that,she bowed deeply and warmly towards me exactly,while saying that),with a huge warm smile on her face,and I bowed deeply back,with smile on MY FACE,out of respect admiration,love of friendship and gratitude towards her recognition of me,as a friend, but to continue on:"and it is one of our favorite songs to sing,and I hope it will be one of yours as well!" we cheered,clapped,heck,I pretty much said yeah,i love it,and you all do a great job playing it,and singing out beautifully! anyway,just wanted to add my little story of my touching experience with Celtic Woman,and the Wonderful experience hearing them sing this amazing song!

An absolutely marvelous rendition of this song. Sometimes it is the simplest of arrangements that work the best. I agree that this and all of the pieces you have done together should be on a disc. The interactive moments are also wonderful. when it gets right down to it these people are just doing what they love to do and were born to do and we are blessed by that. I have a feeling we'll be saying the same thing about some of these kids in due time. Thanks for another gem, Gregg.

OK, WHAAAT!!! i'm seeing?? serious question, what's this? I JUST arrived here, nov 2021. and i'm lost, they are some kind of school?? or church chorus? and how they made possible to put together christina perri, fifth armony and Celtic woman, in the same instalations, somebody, please what's this?? TY to whom may respond.

I think these clips definitely settle the question about lip syncing or use of backing tracks on their "live" DVDs. The answer is "yes and no" on their DVDs.. Mairead DEFINATELY does not play live, or if she does...that's not what's made it to the DVDs...if she hits sour notes, and bobbles sitting down, no way is she playing perfectly while running and dancing. The ladies singing.... seems to be some songs yes, some songs no...some sound "over produced", while others sound RAW, and fantastic. Don't get me wrong, I'm in no way bashing them...each woman has a beautiful voice and the ability to "pull it off" live...I just think the producers of the DVD's screwed up trying to make everything sound PERFECT for PBS, even if it meant polishing the hell out of it, or using recorded vocal tracks (at least in the finished product). You can clearly see in this setting though, each woman singing is clearly on top of their game. I'll take "honestly" live clips like this, any day over their DVD's.

This is so much better than the Radio City version, if that's even possible...you can really hear the kids well and see their beautiful faces. I also wanted to say thank you to whoever films all of these beautiful songs...thanks for sharing these with us.

It's a beautiful and sad thing to see how these beautiful Angel's were once part of something so special. This was almost 10 years ago and these babies are probably little adults now but this memory lives on forever 😭😍

They can take your funding, they can try and shut you down, but you and those kids are winners. Year after year you bless them and us with beautiful music. For the kids, a memory of being part of something very special they will NEVER forget!

Lynn knocked it on the head when she talked about being natural and having a lot of joy, cause that's what music should be about. It's moving to see the kids singing with their hearts and doing what they love, and it doesn't take Radio City Music Hall to get them passionate - that's true passion.

This is amazingly inspirational and as a musician here in Staten Island NY myself. I am not worthy and am going to use this to video to motivate me to try to help bolster the music culture for kids.
