It shud be mechanical. Clip your wings so when you raise your arm to shoot, the arm is at a 90 degree angle. Bend knees a little to get some spring from it to create an arching shot. As you spring up and reach the top height or acme of your spring action, you should release and flip the ball AT SAME TIME
he shoots so much stiffer in games. tense shoulder and weird pauses. i rather he take his smooth fadeaways from ft line..im pretty sure he would be 80%. he needs to remove the part where he pause the ball infront of his face. just shoot like hes taking a jumpshot without jumping.
I think about this all the time … weird how clean he is from that same spot in live game play . So obviously it’s the way he’s shooting those ft shots!
THANK YOU. I’ve been saying this is the exact reason he has been a brick at the line. Plus his 3 ball is kinda wishy washy as well sometimes his form used to look smoother a few years ago when he was a more consistent 3 point shooter.
Front of rim is tired legs....seems to be forgotten that JB spends every game being tasked with locking up every teams best player on ball...while also being an elite scorer on the other end.
He needs to practice free throws. Coach should make it mandatory for him to make 500 free throws every day after practice. Can’t leave until you make 500 free throws. He be missing too many damn free throws. Too much money to miss free throws. Maybe make it 1000 free throws daily for his ass.
