Ingredients （材料）:
150g (9 pieces) Digestive biscuits, finely crushed （消化饼干碎）

450g (16 oz ) cream cheese （奶油芝士）
80g (1/3 cup + 1 tsp) caster sugar （细砂糖）

200g Cempedak puree （尖不辣果泥）
For garnishing （装饰）：
2 tbsp apricot gel （杏果酱）
