Ingredients (材料):
150g (9 pieces) Digestive biscuits, finely crushed (消化饼干碎)
60g/ 1/4 cup butter (牛油)
450g (16 oz ) cream cheese (奶油芝士)
80g (1/3 cup + 1 tsp) caster sugar (细砂糖)
3 eggs (鸡蛋)- grade A
1 tbsp lemon juice (柠檬汁)
1 tbsp corn starch (玉米粉)
200g Cempedak puree (尖不辣果泥)
For garnishing (装饰):
2 tbsp apricot gel (杏果酱)
1 1/2 tbsp water (水)
50g toasted almond nibs (烘香杏仁粒)
