Bro, it is located in the annotate tab. may be you are in Home tab. That's why it is not showing. To activate, follow this steps: 1) Click on Annotate tab 2) click on Centerline or Centermark tool (according to your need) 3) apply on object. If this not work for you, then use its command CENTERLINE or CENTERMARK.
To be honest, it is quite easy. First create new layer and renamed it to Centerline or anything you want. Secondly, select all centerline which you want to hide and move them to centerline layer you created. Lastly, turn off the visibility of centerline layer from the layer manager.
