Thanks a lot for presenting the detailed analysis. Our all time great PM keep on saying, "jhooth bolo baar baar jhooth bolo" till the time people believe false narratives.....
I remember a family from East Delhi working in anticipation of earnings . Spending a small fortune to rake in the earnings. So when we asked them “ why do you do this? नहीं करेंगे तो बेकार केलाये जाएँगे॥ This situation of unpaid workers did exist , and they were officially added to the “unemployed”. Surprisingly, now this unpaid worker community has increased five folds and they are shown as employed fruitfully. Losses and expenses are overlooked. In fact, I am 75 years “young” and I still receive proposals to engage myself in such activity.
Construction is the main sector providing jobs to Indians leaving the farm. Unfortunately, manufacturing sector remains a disappointment in terms of jobs. And, young Indians lack education to enter high skilled service jobs.
@@tubelz There can be only so many service sector jobs, the market is already saturated. There will be an increase only if the disposable income of people increase, which won't if jobs don't increase. But in the construction industry the market is highly linked with gov funding and is pro employment, construction firms are finding it increasingly difficult to hire labourers with existing contracts by gov, because the small private players are paying much more to workers. This problem is consistent with labourers in India and Indian labourers in Gulf, at times when it was easy to get 300-400 labourers in one building the firms are finding it difficult to get even 100.
@@tubelz young Indians are educated but lack skills this suits better. Also manufacturing sector was good untill gst and demonetization happened but even after that it was good. But after covid it fell again it seems to be rising. Mudra loans and msmes are also growing so there is a hope for upcoming years.
Please see my response , I have suggest both to try to build a house in their respective ancestral villages ,then they will realise there is no labour available
@@pipipupu5104 Hello, the NAS data from GOI and the ASER data both show the dismal state of education across the country. Functional literacy may be as low as 15% of the student age population. What will the 85% do when they are of working age? The manufacturing jobs boom, that is to employ the children of farmers, has yet arrive. The manufacturing share of employment sits at around 12%.
Thanks a ton for having this discussion, very rare sane discussions happening in India today, so glad atleast there’s one forum which still isn’t wearing the rose colored glasses!
Basically “pre-incorporation” expenses are deferred revenue expenditure. However, the present dispensation is most probably accounting as capital expenditure.
Since they don't like Nehru, maybe they want to take India to its pre-Nehru years, i.e., where the British left us albeit with some new infrastructure thrown in.
It’s just not the Centre across states cutting across all party lines there is false narratives of development and growth. Look at West Bengal, city of Bombay abject poverty lawlessness
But sir if we have to go by the sales reported by single companies, then we are not taking into account the rise of sale in their competition... how can that be an indicator for presenting the level of decrease I'm consumption ?
If unpaid workers are supposed to be employed, let's add women doing unpaid household work too, and lo and behold, you have generated massive employment.😊
Sarcasm apart please understand real meaning of unpaid work .. Simplified example is , Suppose husband- wife both run a shop ,then husband is classified as self employed and wife as unpaid worker .
The 'gifts' are sponsored by the taxpayers, which includes the poor who pay GST on everything they buy. The government raises taxes to provide the people as per their needs. And yes, we have a right to expect basic services from our government. These are entitlements and not gifts.
@@BM-cz5uz Bro what a defeated answer, you think the foks who get free food pay enough in GST to equate it ? If they were paying enough in GST to afford it, we wouldn't be giving them free food. When taxes are raised, it's raised for folks with more than 10L income, they aren't the ones who get free food. And beggars aren't paying enough GST anyways, especially if they are getting it for free.
The day we the people realise govt not performing well we show them the door like it was done to the earlier govt. So it shall with not performing govt in future.
Giving you less than what they promised. Like I had to pay for my 'free' covid vaccine. Not that I mind as I am financially able, but we can do without the lies.
You guys are intelligent but but Problem with you guys that you only talk negative points, Many times people think everything is bad? No. And you loose credibility.
@@maharajakalyou must've been appointed by RSS after careful review of your credentials 😂 Next time you try to pull down someone pls prove your credentials and provide "real supportive" arguments on why exactly you think she is not great. "College dean " just doesn't cut it😊
So you are dean of a college where someone with a Cambridge PhD, few books, several papers and several 100 columns are one the laziest? Now which is this impressive college?
