before you fill it with water or sand make sure it's located EXACTLY where you want to train because it will be too heavy for some ppl to move

How do you drain the water out if you need to?

If you don’t weight the base down, you’ll really impress yourself with your power.

Mine is different cuz u have to put The Whole thing on the base and it’s not open In the back and it has 2 screws and yeah.

how has BOB held up? I just received the exact same BOB and there was some issues out of the box, the box was destroyed but everything was intact so outside of scratches and some superficial damage all good. Until assembly, I mean 6 bolts right? how can you mess that up? Well 1 bolt is stripped , will not even hand tighten and another wont grab the back side to tighten. that all being said, I like the product outside of the fact that it moves around far too much from power shot and even sub par power shots. I am slightly bigger person then you but this should not happen, no? I also used water to fill mine, sand is heavier hopefully will help. with the water I literally lift it of the ground with combination power hooks and upper cuts. trust me I am very humble and not bloating about punching power, just looking for ways to keep BOB more stable.

Why did you get this one instead of the Century Bob XL? Is there any difference in how solid this one is compared with the XL version?

Quick question- if you have it indoors and filled with water and need to move it from one side of the room to the other side, is that asking for trouble or relatively easy? Thanks

Question to anyone who has a Bob. If you punch or kick it hard will it tip over? I saw Connor McGregor tip over one just punching it. Maybe it wasn't filled at the base but if it tips often that would be a deal breaker for me.

Mine fall over after a hard kick or punch... if your athlete that competes I would go with a normal punching bag

this is cool.. But the new XL punching Bob is better than the one you have, and it's better than the the old version of punching Bob XL.. you get part of the leg to strike on the new XL.. nice breakdown tho
