I shall be very candid with you, it doesn't matter who is running IBM at this point it time, it's a done deal, they are going to be heading Southwards for the rest of the year and then guess what? Correct they will increase their pace Southwards in 2016 to, the problem with companies is that that suffer almost a paralysis that prevents them from responding to an urgent situation in real time, and hence with all the outdated thinking that most companies that are at fault with they will protect their own individual interests it doesn't matter if the ship goes down as long as they can bleed it dry whilst it does. It's not rocket science this is human nature at it's best, and when push comes to shove this is what we default to every time. I did try to say this the other day, but no one listened. Here's a prediction that no one expects that they will no longer be a contender in 2016 and they will go to the wall. We've seen it before with established companies, and until companies get a grip on this we will watch in succession as they will all fall one by one. Put a £1,000,000 in my account and I will tell you how to avoid your company from going to the wall. The irony in all of this has to be the classic story of how the company Dyson started up and when they approached Hoover who said it would never work! We live in a very different world and if you don't go with the times, then you just end up as being a part of history. I don't have to help any company, but equally I don't want them to end up on the scrap heap out of pure arrogance, and pride.
