Interesting to see Ginni Romety vision for the future, train youngs employers to absorb culture and knoledge instead of bureaucracy ia a awesome way to go; agile is the future and a team extrutured around lean is awesome to work.

This interview really inspired me. Ive got an assessment centre for IBM apprenticeship next week, really hope I get it now. I believe in this company and their future plans

Looks like the tv show, Mad Men - but rather than sell advertising campaigns for clients, IBM creates watson-powered apps for potential customers (clients), and says, "So, wanna buy, or should I hit delete?" .. I think that is what the new IBM is doing.
