I think you've done this little guy immense justice James. :) Indeed, that last statement was correct, Orko does give a lot of heart to the show and good on you for not revealing the Trollan's real face, yes let people buy your book to find that out. ;)

Orko I feel is very under-appreciated in general by a good chunk of the MOTU fandom. Especially the Filmation version. I've always had a soft spot for the lil guy tho.

I've always had a soft spot for Orko, and the way he could pull stuff out of his hat. He was the only 80's He-Man figure I ever got my hands on. So thank you for making this video.

Hi James, Really nicely done video. I was not a fan of the annoying comic relief characters which were so prevalent back in the 80's, but having watched He-Man and the masters of the universe as an adult I see that Orko actually has a fair amount of value. This is especially when he is not portrayed like a child. I love the part you referenced when Orko pretends to be He-Man and He-Man's later response to it. Still not one of my favourite characters in the series but I can see his value.

I loved orko as a kid, and I still love him today. I remember when they started advertising the filmation cartoon, and they had clips of orko. I was IMMEDIATELY captivated! Great video. Thanks for not turning this into the typical bitch-fest about sidekick characters ruining cartoons that most people love to make. ❤️❤️❤️

It was also never explained in the She-Ra series as to how, where, when, and why he found out about the secret that Adora is Se-Ra. It is just presumed that whatever magical secrets he knew that Adam/He-man had, he too knew about the latter's twin sister.

The Star Seed is perhaps the most powerful item in the MOTU, it grants anything the holder wants, and it tempts anyone holding it, even He-Man to use that power for selfish purposes. Did I say anyone, except Orko, who is not only able to hold it but hide it on his person and not be the least bit tempted.

my avatar kinda reminds me of Orko (as I drew it myself, it is based off a stuffed animal that I got in 1992 that definitely reminded me of Orko)

You only need to know one thing about Orko. He is peak. One thing I really do want to know however, is exactly how to achieve his vocal filter in Audacity or something similar.
