Cereal Milk is simple and delicious and takes you right back to those childhood days of slurping it up at breakfast, so it’s the perfect way to jazz up this light and more-ish dessert. INGREDIENTS
The dish I'm using in the video is 11" x 7". If yours is bigger, simply multiply all the ingredients by 1.5 or 2.
For the crispy cornflakes:
100g cornflakes
25g caster/granulated sugar
25g horlicks/malted drink powder
60g melted unsalted butter
pinch salt
For the cereal milk:
150g evaporated milk
250g condensed milk
6 tbsp whole milk
For the sponge:
Butter (for greasing the dish)
3 large free range eggs
90g caster sugar
85g plain flour
1 tsp baking powder
¼ tsp salt
2 tbsp whole milk
30g caster sugar
