Ingredients
120g Cerelac wheat
75g sugar
75g butter
50g (1/2 cup) self raising flour
1 egg
Preparation
1 Preheat oven to 350°F (180°c)
2 Thoroughly beat brown sugar and butter together until smooth
3 Add egg to butter mixture, beat in
4 Mix flour and CERELAC®
5 Wheat together in a bowl and add to the butter mixture. Keep mixing until it turns into a dough
6 Drop cookie dough on baking sheets using a tablespoon
Bake in preheated oven until browned (about 9 to 11 minutes). Allow cookies to cool completely and serve
Remaining portion can be stored in a cookie jar for 5 days
