Ceremony - Violence Violence (FULL ALBUM) 

damn i respect when bands grow up and try new shit but fucking hell this is the ceremony at their best.

I like the bit with the loud drums and shouting

The lyrics and delivery is still some of the absolute best hardcore of all time. I know bands need to “grow” but this was such a diamond of a sound. His lyrics are crushing and the music is perfect. Makes me neck tingle still all these years later. Perfect hardcore.

What I listen to before I go to sleep.

This album is nearly a decade old now. Memories.

I saw them at United Blood Fest in 2008 and I'm still here in 2020.

I just came back to here because I miss the old music from Ceremony since they just became a whole different thing

siege started being active in 1983... nobody sounded like that... they completely pioneered power violence. infest wasn't active until 86

Ceremony slays. This was the first hardcore record I ever listened to. LOVE every chance I get to see them live.

This isn't the typical style of hardcore I listen to, but it is really good. That bass sounds so nice.

Just saw these guys a few weeks ago opening up for American nightmare. Awesome live show

I enjoy just making a playlist of Violence Violence, Still nothing moves you and Ruined and just let them run through and repeat. Great band. And sure the old stuff is great but the newer stuff is good shit.

They have a very similar sound to Extortion. I like it!

I saw them and Naysayer at the downtown Seattle YMCA when this album came out. It was a floor show in an area they used as a classroom usually and i broke my tailbone getting shoved up against a whiteboard by a skinhead opening up the pit. Didnt even notice the pain until the show was done and i was still in pain. Totally worth it to have seen them at their prime. And right after that they stopped soing shows there, they were worried a out tbe space getting destroyed and people getting hurt.

I will never forget seeing these guys dodging fists while flailing my own fists. it was an extinct venue called the church off lorain ave in Cleveland ohio. straight edge venue but I was hammered as hell.
