The fact that she is standing with him to support him shows that she has been enabling him. She should be embarrassed. She help create this monster . She should have been on the other side telling the truth. Only then she would help her son.

And alot of(if not all) men who are raised by single mothers have a high likelyhood of commiting crime/mischief in their lives because there's no father in the house to set things straight in a boy's life. So I can't really say his mother isn't at fault for enabling his behavior over the years because it seems she played a part in it! P.S. keep in mind that my comment was made before I had a better understanding of how people behaved in single mother homes vs single father/two parent household. So admittedly, my views back then were rather scewed in a sense in regards to this. Nevertheless, I've gained some better insight ever since this comment I posted!
That young man fill with hate doesn't care attitude totally disrespectful to everyone especially his mother she is hurt beyond repair. She just realized she should have not appeared in court to be so humiliated and embarrassed by her son that day a day to be remembered to be looked at as a mother who failed raising her son she feels ashamed hurt deeply.
I remember this episode, and at first, I thought she was embarrassed too, but then it seemed like she was being defensive about the situation and didn’t really want to listen to what Judge Joe had to say.

What’s ironic is this judge spent time behind bars for doing the same shit in a real court. He talked back to judge and was charged with contempt of court. 😂

In a real court room, the judge wouldn't act like that. It wouldn't have even been all this from the beginning. Most ppl do NOT like Joe Brown after going to his room anyway. He just got balls to speak. Too many obedient mofos out here. Then he act like, if u keep talking im calling the witness. As if the witness was just there for nothing and would've never got called if he wasn't talking. Ctfu.
I miss Judge Joe Brown, I used to catch this at 10am while enjoying coffee. Very important to respect your elders, especially when they are qualified to mentor you.
