What a rare sight! This good old 1983 built Cessna 501 Citation I/SP is seen landing at Bern in Switzerland. This type of aircraft is getting rare. After a short stop S5-CMM is starting-up its Pratt & Whitney Canada JT15D-1 turbofan engines and taking-off from runway 32. Listen to the fantastic engine sounds!

The Pratt & Whitney Canada JT15D-1 was designed for the Citation. Love the signature buzz of this engine. Comes from the fan blade tips exceeding Mach 1.

GR8 VUS (Great Views) of Bern Airport and particularly this classic, very handsome "Ur-Citation", as it's said in German for cars (Ur=Progenitor/Founder). First-rate livery. Thank you very much! I like to use a tripod. But I filmed this one hand-help because it is difficult to take a tripod with you on the tarmac.

Matt my good friend, wow, they are in a hurry, lol, landed hot( thank God for thrust reversers, lol) exited the runway fast, fast taxi to runway for takeoff roll, in a rush for some reason, btw you may have done this, but i searched on you tube for you for aviation videos of BAE 146's only, & there are a bunch if you want to check it out.
