I noticed that one of my comments got removed, probably youtubes fault. I know they automatically remove comments with the q-word but I don’t know what it is this time. Trying again. I’m so thankful for the trans people who lived through the acquired immunodeficiency syndrome crisis and all the other shit sharing their stories and perspectives. I wish society wasn’t so effed up still. I’d also like to add that as a nonbinary person I did not take offense to her comment around pronouns, I totally get it and I share her frustration.
So it was the abbreviation of the disease. RU-vid is weird. I can’t write about my identity or the disease that took so many people from my community without having to censor myself. 🙃

@@lesyeuxsansvisage1157 yeah I agree, it’s very disappointing. I remember the first time I discovered that the q-word was flagged. I could just put some ** but a few months later even that got removed so it’s not getting better. No one seems to talk about it or even know that it’s happening.
@@marvinraphaelmonfort8289 from what I’ve seen here on youtube it looks like creators can use those words in titles (tho they probably get restricted by it) and I’ve seen a creator write the q-word in a livechat and it stayed while it got removed when viewers wrote it. I also noticed the other day that the q-word stayed up in a comment section on a channel that wasn’t about social justice or anything like that so.. I have a hard time seeing the logic in why some channels are treated differently but my guess is it’s probably about money. 🤷
@Ari Irilli yeah it’s messed up.. they need to fix their system that filter out comments with these words. And I’ve noticed not all comment sections are affected so I’m guessing some channels (or videos) are getting flagged for these filtrations to happen..

What a wise woman. I admire how strong she is, i just wish she didn't have to be. Also, when i observe older women who are expressive in their manner of dress, i find them so captivatingly familiar with themselves, it's like they know exactly what suits them, what's comfortable, what's meaningful, what complements their inner self. They seem so... embodied.
