Sir I wanted to ask one thing, Actually I have passed 12th this year and am persuing bcom hons from delhi university but due to the NEP our course is of 4 yrs but we will get the hons degree by 3rd yr so is it eligible that I can write the level 1 ppr in the second year and l2 ppr by the end of 3rd year since what they require is a graduation degree?
