That enthusiastic, descriptive judge is me when I see a longhaired cat bounding towards me in the street for cuddles😍 I used to exhibit cards and art at cat shows in the UK, but the judges in these shows seem more loving and gentle, I think that's the American character though.
In have my whole adult life persian cats. It really is a breed on it self. It's work to keep them beautiful and the house without flying dots of hair. But worth every minute.
I love her first cat.. the blk wht. with spectacular face and markings. Such a beauty. I can't decide ... but love her pointing out the "standard" .. not too extreme.. just almost dollfaced. Beautiful cats. I need another show cat!! Immediately.
The 2nd kitten? The "brown" tabby & white with the cartoonish black eyebrow markings? Fooled me, thinking black & muchly white 'till I saw the tail 👀 And yes, Persian kittens are my fav 😊
The judge is so adorable too, as much as the gorgeous fluffy perfect cats....she's so soothing and nice, I'd hug her after hugging all of the cats. wow. great show.....she's so gentle....very cool.💕💕💕💕
Probably my fav judge for vids. She shows the cats well, explains things and doesn't worry TOO much about elapsed time ⏱(and yes, I got use to staying late 😉)
@@specialspiggle I've found names just suddenly occur - but they tend to change (least for me) over time, and seeing the kitty's often an inspiration for a name.
@@DougguoD im not sure i can physcially see her due to covid. Uk is facing lockdown again soon. At the moment its been video calls. Shes only 5 weeks old.
amazing - I love cats so much, but never really fancied Persians. With you videos, I am thinking i could change my mind easily. and of course, my favorite judge!
. Una 🏅🏅🎖️🏅🥉🏅 o più gliela assegneranno sicuramente. Io di mici belli come lui non ne ho mai visti.🏅🥉🎖️🍶🥠🍧🥧🍊🐾🤫🌞💫💯⭐🌟✨💥💋💕💞💓💖💙💛💚💝💘♥️💟❣️🫂👣✌️💅🙋💆🤱🧑🍼🥀🌹💐🐟🐟🐟🐠🐾🐾🐾🍓🍎🍑🥭🍌🌽🍠🥞🥐🥩🥫🍰🥧🍦🥮🥠♈⏳🕛✂️📙📃📎👠👠💄💍👝👗👚🧥👒👓🗝️🔵🎶🎵🎼💲💲🇦🇮 finalmente siamo arrivati a 🏡!!!
Doing them in alpha order as listed in the catalog, so Siberians upcoming - though there's only one kitten listed in the catalog. Hope they're there, these shows get quite a few absentees. Oddly, I seem to have more champions - though I expect that'll only be for longhairs.
In other breeds there's what's known as a van pattern - to quote a Google search "a bicolor cat with a white coat and coloration on the head and tail and sometimes some color patches on the body" while their Persian bicolor standard states "As a preferred minimum, the cat should have a colored tail and one or more colored patches on the head or body. Less color than this minimum should be penalized proportionately" so delineating what's too much or too little white. Personally I like a lot of white like this one you've noted.
Soko :: I’ve heard Molly mentioned multiple times that Seqouia is considered Patch tabby with white on her papers .. May her soul rest in peace she would win this competition in a second 😭😭😭😭😭
They're officially certified (by the cat registries), so yes they're not going to be moggies - though moggies *may* be breed cats that've lost their heritage. Lotta people like the bling of breed cats and so say (for example) a cat's Russian Blue, though they're really just shorthair blue cats. Also there's the traditional Persian (pre 80's long muzzle look) which are sorta fly in the ointment Persians, as they may well have a pedigree - but don't meet the standards of the registries for official Persiandom showwise. Some registries do recognize these cats as Traditional Longhairs, and of course, lotta argument ensues...
Very unlikely any of these kittens are available for purchase, however one can get in touch with the catteries to see if there's a kitten that appeals. Use the names to do an internet search to find catteries, view their websites and contact them.
Persian cats are purebred and are expensive for that reason. Depending on the breeder, type, and heritage, a Persian cat can cost you anywhere between $500 all the way up to $5000. - purrcraze.com/here-is-why-persian-cats-are-so-expensive
CFA's International Show is held in the United States, usually near their most populous breeder/exhibitor region (as many prefer to drive), the eastern USA, though it has occasionally ventured to the middle of the country and even several times to the west coast. The last ones (they're usually several years in the same place due to hall rentals) were in Cleveland, Ohio.
Ciao micina!
@@Rosamaria-gn3gp Most cat registries do have breeder lists. There are quite a few registries, I leave it to you to have a look for them. I will suggest 2 (the usuals for me) CFA (Ah, this link is new to me): cfa.org/find-a-breeder/ And TICA: tica.org/breeds/find-a-cat/breeder-listings
@@iseegoodandbad6758 I think adding more text would just make the video screen busier & require longer pauses (though, of course, people could pause the video) and adding the additional info in the description for every cat's not something I'm keen to do either. The main reason I do add a cat/kitten's name is so people can look them up via the internet if they want more info. The show catalog I'm using is available online, so that's a good option for people wanting more info - though those links are from CFA and so may disappear (as has happened for some previous years). I have two... N they are very high maintenance.... Brushing every day. Good food Of course. Injections once a year. Flea control medicine every month. Seriously it's a lot... But if someone still wants it then I can only warn... He he But they are fluff ball. Very calm cats. They don't get aggressive... Ideal around kids n elderly people.
@@roknuzzamanrubel5094 Bikroy.com They are selling cats. There must be more cat sellers. Just search on internet. You Can check if they are reliable or not. I just found this website on internet. What Dr you will take them. What medicine is available there in bangladesh. You need to search before buying these cats. They need lots of care. Proper vet is very important.
@@bojongpetsvlog9153 My cut & paste blurb: ---- What I suggest people do if they want more info (availability, price, general info) is to do a net search on a particular cat's name to see if the breeder has a webpage (most do) and go from there. Also, one can visit cat registries for more info on a breed and/or have a look at their breeder listings for contacts to obtain a cat. CFA breeder listing: cfa.org/find-a-breeder/ TICA: tica.org/breeds/find-a-cat/breeder-listings There are other registries, of course, like FIFe & GCCF - however, I'll leave looking for their specifics to you.
