In the 337th chapter of my story, my dad and I make vegan, gluten free Truffled Mushroom Mac & Cheese for my mom’s birthday in our series called #themaskedkitchen! This recipe is from “The Plant Paradox Cookbook”, so feel free to follow along (I include the recipe in the video). This is one of our new favorites because it’s so yummy, and it’s also our first time using truffle oil (a new staple because you use so little, and it goes so far flavor-wise!). The truffle oil also has a garlic-like flavor, and since I’m allergic to garlic, this is a great alternative for me! Enjoy the video plus funny bloopers at the end!
