LG's Error codes CH21, CH26, 27, and 29
CH21 - This fault is caused by an over current in the inverters DC power circuit. If the DC part of the circuit exceeds14 Amps fault code 21 will be displayed.This is caused by either the in verter PCB being faulty or compressor being short circuit or down to earth.
CH26 - This fault indicates a problem with the positioning system of the inverter compressor, which indicates a seized compressor.
CH27 - This fault indicates a problem with the inverter module, see section on testing inverters. Also check reactor is connected to the PCB and check its resistance it should be well under 1 Ohm.
CH 29
Check and correct for any:
1. Overload operation (Pipe restrictions / Restricted Airflow / EEV defect / Refrig. Overcharged)
2. Compressor damage (Insulation damage / Motor damage)
3. Input Voltage Low
4. ODU Inverter PCB assembly damage
