Operating multi split for 5 years now. Inverter, cooling and heating. Works like a charm. With good insulation and windows, most efficient cooling and heating.
No, it has better efficinency than a single unit, if you are not using all the available power, due to the large condeser coil, and only one compressor.
Also can I use a different brand indoor unit to connect to an outdoor unit dor it to work? Let's say the indoor is samsung and the outdoor is LG😊. Will it work?
@edmundamoah7611 chilling is not a problem...you need to make sure you get the correct size as per your room needed.. For example of 100 square feet...of two room..make sure you buy minimum 2 tons..
Never buy a multiple unit. It takes longer to cool a room than a single split. A multi split unit all depends on 1 single compressor. The saying goes never put all your eggs in 1 basket.
